You sound intelligent and able to articulate your thoughts well. So if you want your audience to know that, fading out that overpowering beat. Also, wouldn't it be silly to lose a chunk of your potential finance audience over music taste?
You need to crank up the enthusiasm a couple notches. It's normal to lose your natural dynamics the moment you start recording yourself, so you want to be aware of it and compensate.
Keep it up and I'll check you out again!
