Also, as evidenced by this clip they mentioned her age on worldwide TV so its not as if everyone didn't already know. If you are referring to her stepdad, watch his interview in the documentary "Elvis by the Presleys" he is a very laid-back guy who only had wonderful things to say about elvis.

To say that she is using the Presley name as attention is a little hard to take. My mother has been divorced 4 times past my father. Each time she has gone back to my fathers last name, rather than her maiden name. Some people just do not like their last name I guess.
