Maybe if they were ticker bricks (seems to me that they were a little too thin, I mean its perfectly possible to break bricks with the palm, the specific part wich I'm refering to I don't know its name in english, but they just seemed so easy to break, to the point it gave me the impression that they would break if they fell on the floor) or if he stacked more bricks together. They're not actually bricks, I don't see why so many people think this is special. We bought 10 of these at Lowes and set them up with spacers between like this and a 7 year old girl in our Isshinryu class broke them. Doing it repeatedly doesn't increase anything except the stamina needed to swing your arms that many times. There's cheaper and easier ways to get a cardio workout.
