well, i went under Rotary International Youth Exchange Program. You can just google it to find out more and if what you found on google isn't enough, feel free to ask me more about it. :D

Anyway, you don't have to be good in japanese to go. I only knew less than 10 japanese words before I went to Japan, you know.

I suggest you to go under Rotary because it's the cheapest and safest youth exchange program around. :D
