  • Hello, I have an Astro Blaster Sega/Gremlin from 1981 that has recently started to act up; The borders start to disapear and the back ground stars elongate and glow bright white. Some times the sound of an explosion continues on and on. I tried to send my boards to Richie Knucklez, but they don't have this game and therefore can't work on it for me. Does anyone you know have the capabilities to help me with my boards? Thank you, Matt faustxxx@cox.net.

  • Is there any way you can test a chip?

  • @zte11794591 You can test any chip but it'll be easier depending on what it is or what equipment you have. A lot of EPROM programmers on ebay now test logic ICs too. A logic probe will be your best friend with arcade boards though.

  • Very nice video guys! Your videos are well done and have helped me learn arcade repairs. Thanks!

  • Great work.

  • Very informative! Thanks!!!

  • This was perfect. I hope you guys get to do more on PCB repair!

  • next suggestion would be a lapel mic instead of the camera mic... hard to hear when camera is away :) otherwise, amazing vids.. thanks!

  • Nice simple tips. Learning how to identify a bad chip is something I need to figure out LOL

  • Some things I didn't know, thanks!

  • Great video as always!

  • Ditch air cans and invest in a Metro Vacuum ED500 electric duster. It's a great little dust cleaner and best of all it's cheap, it's only 48$ on Amazon.
