@musclekid13 you are right about that. It takes me about two weeks of warming up to get where I can pull it off at my best and it doesn't hurt so bad but if I don't play every day for a while forget about it. The one that really hurts though is Staind "Epiphany" It's non stop bar position.  Peace!
