  • Nice video... Very good!!!!

  • sorry to hear she went to the scrap yard and axe attacked, not many of the old girls flying anymore as it is, love the old apaches .

  • AWESOME!! i own a PA 23-160 (1959) sweet video...

  • Thanks for that.. I loved flying the old girl but sadly she's no more... an axe attack! Yes, really!

  • axe attack? I dont understand did you run her off the end of runway in tailwind and wet runway, dont understand "axe attack" did someone take axe to aircraft like ex-wife? My PA 23-160 is got the zinc anti-corrosion so the airframe is 100% however my right engine is about high on time, let me know if your Aztec is sitting in junk yard I would be interested in scrapping her..

  • Quite literally an axe attack... every panel, instrument ,window and seat.. props all done too and something like cement powder poured into the oil fillers, all in all a thorough scrapping! Not seen her for a few years now... rip !

  • I was thinking of doing this with my Piper Arrow, but how do you get the camera to stop and start?

  • Editing !

  • veeery veery good men...

  • I like how the video cuts just as our intrepid aviator allows the flying machine to drift left of the runway centerline.

  • Isn´t the Pa23 an Aztec?

  • Yes. the Apache became an Aztec with addition of pointed nose and bigger engines!

  • Beg to differ- Lot's of blount nosed Aztecs.

  • And I belive a different tail

  • nice view

  • .<b>Awesome view! Good landing to boot!
