Whole soundtrack for Fear 3 also feels like Silent Hill 3 or Resident Evil 3. So I think it's universal in some parts, and really good alternative to official music in game. Some tracks are even better than original game music.

FEAR 3? i wonder what the story would be, i thought FEAR 2 was the end, sgt. becket gets alma her children back, and they stay in the chamber and live (die) happily ever after

Maybe, except that it's not a happy ending for Becket and we didn't know what happened to the Point Man. Now we do - he's about to kill Alma and her baby!
