thats because fasting isnt just not eating. when you fast, youre giving up something for God you are making a sacrifice. it's not just not eating. it could be goin to church instead of the movies. that can be considered fasting because you are giving up the pleasures of the flesh to increase your relation ship with the lord.

This message is why I really like Bishop Bloomer. But what I don't understand is why he has devils in the pulpit preaching at his conferences. I am really confused. Really. charlie chase, go to 2corin 1:21 and realize that EVERY christian is "anointed". The anointing is the "Spirit" of God or Christ. It is not some cosmic force that comes on people and causes them to do "supernatural" things. This is false teaching. There is no such thing as "Levels" of anointing. Scripture does not support that false doctrine. This man is not preaching truth,he's just relating to the sensual part of man. Christ would never preach this mess. "Anointing" people use that word so carelessly...from my understanding there were prophets in the Old Testament (promise) who were righteous MEN of God and the false prophets were all WOMEN, do you suppose that is why women are to keep silent in the church? In the New Testament Jesus is the Anointed ONE...and ALL believers are anointed through Him, meaning no one has more anointing than the other except Jesus.

I will humble myself to your correction and admit when I am wrong. I looked up Deborah in the Bible and I read that she was indeed a prophet. You're right, I'm wrong. I will look up Miriam. If my memory serves me correctly-Miriam and Aaron were the two that were cursed by God, he turned their skin white with leprocy because they didn't agree with Moses because he married an Ethiopian women. God was mad at them for having bitter feelings about the relationship.
