Guys i can quick scope its not hard in fact after you practice it a few times its easy, the reasons i dont do it is 1. sniper rifles are for long range combat and 2. its cheap as hell getting a one shot kill on someone after theyve already emptied a full clip into you. Mw2 is broken as it is and the influx of noob tubers, campers and quick scoper's just pisses people off more. To clarify sleight of hand does not work for sniper rifles in black ops so yes people may quick scope but not often
