The message needs to be specially given to the north + North east states. It is estimated Bihar,Orrissa, UP, MP and Rajasthan will be responsible for 55% of population growth rate from 1996-2016(from the planning commision report). Message needs to be going out faster. What is being projected about female gender inequality can easily beovercome by the government by the 33 percent reservation for females that every government only promises,but, has refrained from going ahead because of some community and caste revolt against the idea of women in general getting more power for personal reasons.
