Dear Helen, I must confess I didn't learn or hear a bloody thing you said...much less learn anything. So, in order to further my depth of knowledge I will watch this video again but only after you do the following:..grow a massive wart on your chin complete with a bouquet of sprouting hairs, gain 50 pounds in each thigh, develop a case of uncontrollable flatulence and walk with a pronounced waddle....all these things combined will have my concentration directly on the lesson and not on....well..

That was an hour at a depth of around 60 ft. I'm pretty efficient at using air - it's all about being slow and calm, even while you're working.
