Samanouske is nephew of Mitsuhide, and is a great warrior in the army. Jubei is the master of the Yagyu sword style. Soki is an orphan(??)and was taken care of by both Ieyasu and Hideyoshi. A question I ask. All the onimushas have feauters in common (long white hair, dark colored skin, glowing eyes/marks), yet, all of them are very different. Is that because of the source of oni power, or simply physical difference? Bear in mind that the onimushas are always referred to in singular.

...dude, its not the same. it shows the first conflict against Nobunaga, which was ended by Jubei Yagyu, the second to gain the power of the Oni. unlike Samanosuke, Jubei can never lose his ability to absorb demon souls, which would give him a little advantage over the gauntlets. but Soki, he's part Oni, isnt he? thats why his power is greater than Jubei's and Samanosuke's. but Samanosuke has the experience to equal Soki's natural power.
