I actually play both sports, but I been playing soccer since I was 6 heading to college.

This is how I look at it, both sports soccer and football have their challenges.

Soccer players can go for 90 minutes, while football players, can go for a maximum 30 seconds of bursts of energy till they take a break.

Yes football players are stronger, but that's because football requires you to try to be bigger then your opponent, Personally soccer is my choice, but I still respect the football.
