hey people!!! i got my rottie 2 days ago! but when i got it i took it away from its mother and brothers! so hes so afraid now! hes even crying at night..! he got better today.. but hes still afraid from me and my family! im staying with him for as long as i can, and try to touch him but sometimes he just runs away! is this going to end soon or it will stay for a while? and for how long will it stay? :) thanks
@Samawiiiii My best advice would be too offer him some toys, let him do what he wants. Try to pet him when he's eating. And make sure to show him affection whenever he is comfortable around you. He is most likely scared in a new environment. Give him some time, he should be okay sooner or later, just introduce yourself to him slowly and gently. During this period make sure not to scare him with any loud noises, chasing him, or forcing him to do anything. Let me know how it works out. Good luck~!
your dog is amazing! and so very cute but how did you train him to hold a treat, play dead and army crawl???? your dog must be really clever i know rottweilers are very smart dogs but i never knew they could do that sort of stuff :D
i love your dog. i have a 9 month rott and he's starting to learn his tricks pretty well. can you point me in the direction of a video possibly one of yours on how to teach my dog how to do the army crawl as well as keep the treat in his mouth? those were my favorites
aw thats cool, my rotti was a rescur dog and he didnt know how to play or chew on a bone he wrecked the house! pulled on the lead and had no training at all! now hes the perfect dog! i tought him to roll over play dead, shake a paw, heel of the lead, say please and to attack on demand but for some reason he already knew that! such a good dog now! he was 3 wen we got him and hes not 9 yr old but dosent act like it! im so proud of him! nice work on ur rotti
