I dont get it though.
The husband of the drunk driver suffered a greater loss as well.
What do they hope to gain from this lawsuit by suing the deceased woman husband?
The husband like i said before suffered a great loss because children was loss in this tragedy.
Either way in my opinion the 2 woman suing this guy is a bit off line. I dont think either parties deserved to win this lawsuit because the husband of the deceased driver lost loved ones as well.

Her husband should be held liable not her brother her husband is the one who saw her that day and he let her drive not her brother her brother lost two kids too he was angry with her understandably
