  • That was really amazing, for the first time in recorded history two super typhoons at category five co-existed at close proximity to each other. Both typhoons reached a pressure of 872 millibars and a speed of around 190 MPH, 1997 was an incredible typhoon season, with a total of ten category five super typhoons, no other oceanic basin comes close.
