I think it's because it shows how in love with her he is when he's fighting James (haha, I think thats him?) and the lyrics go with it."There's nothing that I want to do, but try and make it up to you." And it shows how sweet their love is when he kisses her on the forehead in the hospotal and put his whole hand over her head <3
