No it is definitely from the Savage Garden album "Truly Madly Completely" their best of album, not Darren solo. He alone recorded it, with no input from Daniel, but it appeared on their album.

@deathwisp1 "Truly Madly Completely" was a "best of" release in I think 2005, not either of the Savage Garden albums of the late 90s. It's definitely on that album along with another "Darren only" song called "California", the usual hits, and a selection of b-sides from SG singles. I don't know what the album is that you have. Maybe check Darren's website for further info.
