    可是整個行政資源的提升才有辦法,

    ex.獎助學金, 圖書資源, 行政流通與提供上的前衛, 課程再更豐富.

    這樣才能把中北部學生吸引下來,

    國際化也才能和北部大學同等級.

    不然講再多, 只會變成理想.
