@TheMr1Boy This is the right hand part you play for River Flows in You, which means there is a left part than corresponds with it. In other words, you need and use both hands in order to play the full composition. So it doesn't really matter if you're left handed or not because I, as a right hand person, use my left hand while playing piano as much as I do my right.
