  • 90s turtles were the only real ones fuck the new ones

  • Mutant banana rapist?

O_o Weirder how the mutant banana rapist tried to get the '87 April.

  • Look at all those nostalgia nuts Bashing the hell out of the 2k3 TMNT. have you people even WATCHED the show?

  • Awsome movie!

  • Just to fit em all in and (get the original voice actors) :(

I hope they rerelease this movie with the original voice actors in it.

  • the new turtles are better

  • @MacMaraScott No.

  • this was actually a good final event.

  • has it got the same cast from the old episodes

  • The best TMNT movie ever, not only it's awesome, but it made me want to watch both animated series, the movies, and read the comics, which I've been doing for the past two months

  • I'm glad they made this story a movie instead of a comic, cause in comics art they don't care enough to give characters their precise designs, and some comments wouldn't feel as fun

What will happen in 2014? Their 30th anniversary?

  • omg what is... this?

  • I really liked this film. My only problem really is Krang and Shredder being treated like crap. Sure the 03 Shredder is much more powerful and serious but the 87 one really kicked ass back in the day.

  • @RayAndFlare I'm watching the old cartoon these days, but he was always a joke in that show, same with the Turtles

  • @carbaj Sure he's always been dumb but the utron or whatever wouldn't have been able to headbutt him across the screen then. in '87 2 thugs threaten Shredder and he demonstrates his strength scaring them into giving him all their money. Thats the kinda thing I'm on about

  • @RayAndFlare What episode?

  • @carbaj IDK the name of the actual episode but the scene's in "how it all began", some video I had which was like a clipshow episode

  • wow looks great, i havent seen the new turtles yet but i feel like the old ones are better ;)

  • Wow.. the old ninja turtles OWN the turtles of today.. sorry new generation, it's just simply the facts of life.

  • @seanotube85 I'm from the old generation, but I don't see why the old turtles don't feel like ninjas much

I love the new series more

  • old turtles > new ones

  • I remember waking up and catching this in tv and freaking out

  • one word... oh my god!

  • Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!!!! Oh my Gosh Oh my Gosh! I can`t believe it.

  • so many turtles aaaaaaaaaaaahhh!

  • i found this movie worth watching and entertaining, the only gripe i have with the film is the over campness the writers did with the '87 cast turtles. The part where mirage incarnations attack them and they (87 turtles) drop their weapons and run were a step too far. Its clear the script writers favour the 2003 turtles.....but overall worth watching.

  • @megamanxtt

I guess. But hey. If you were about to be attacked by your crazy counterparts who were ready to kill you and your other counterparts, and were way tougher, what would you do?

  • wow their even have comic turtles !

  • 'I smoke alot of pot'-Turtles

  • The "new" Turtles are boring.

  • this shit was flat out disrespectful to the 80s turtles and barely accurate in their portrayals except for bebop and rocksteady. nothing of the 80s versions in this movie were given any credit to do anything, just be the comic relief and get their asses beat. when did shredder start whining and then try to comically choke krang in the original series?

  • @illuminatioracle i think you just remember them being cooler than they relly were. i just watched some of the og episodes, and everybody on there was really dumb. i still love it, but the 80s turtles in the movie were really spot on.

  • @wickedkilla13 no way. they were goofy, but not to the point of being immobilized by being completely useless like this movie portrayed them as. and to be honest, people like heroes with a sense of humor. the turtles have far less of a memorable personality in the 03 version. they're pissed off all the time and take themselves too retardedly seriously. even the mirage comics had some form of humor, albeit dark, but it still did.

  • @wickedkilla13

then you havnt watched the hole show. its true the show was to goofy at times (just like the '03 show was to serious at times) but some writers felt this was the wrong way to go and tried to find a balance. you can find episodes all threw the show but really look at season 1, 7-10. the '87 Turtles were more skilled and they never cried not even when they where turned into monsters for a few seasons.

i love this movie, but they are not really the '87 Turtles.

  • @illuminatioracle

i thought that to. it was like a big love-letter to the '03 show. i mean '87 Leo laughing his head off? i dont recall that and i watched season 9-10 a few days ago. even the powers of Krang's android body are ignored. and Shredder wasnt this stupid, if he was the '87 guys would have beat him long before they finally did. (season 8) i can enjoy this as a parody of the '87 show but they where way more skilled than this. Bebop and Rocksteady are spot on however.

  • @henkman00 yeah, i was thinking the same thing. bebop and rocksteady were like perfect.

i was getting all hyped when krang was going to to fight '03 shredder (a poorly drawn fake anime style square blob who we are supposed to seriously believe can beat the shit out out '87 shredder outside his suit) but then get his ass kicked in one shot. that got me annoyed.

  • @illuminatioracle

or when karai just kicks Krang and Shredder aside. no way. the '87 Turtles dropping their weopons just at the sight of the '84 Turtles, why? they fought giant monsters and they never ran away, unless it was to re-group.and cried?! ill buy that Ch'rell can beat Krang when he is not in his suit, but Shredder flies off with one head butt? and why didnt Krang use any of his powers? just like Ch'rells new Transformer body Krang had the power to create blades as well, and more!

  • uh...Karai could easily beat the "classic" Shredder. That's obvious even without seeing this when she goes up against things like Bishop.

  • @edward18517

who can beat who is just pointless fan blabbing :P. (like who would win in a fight Gandalf or Obi-wan Kenobi :D)

but all we are saying is that '87Shredder and Krang sould have put on more of a fight.

  • @illuminatioracle I agree. This movie totally crapped on the '87 turtles. I don't remember the 87 turtles EVER being THAT goofy ALL the time. Mike was the only goofy one. Yeah, they all cracked jokes from time to time but never CONSTANTLY like they did throughout this whole movie.

  • @illuminatioracle If not for the 80s turtles, all of them would have perished

  • the Sonic the Hedgehog series HAS to do this.... The new sonic (roger craig smith) meeting the old sonic (jaleel white)...

  • I liked this, it was way better then i had anticipated. I already knew the original turtles were gonna have the piss taken, however i didn't like how weak they made original Shredder look. In the original series Shredder could take on all 4 turtles buy himself with ease. I really wanted to see the 2 shredders go at it. I never seen the 2003 cartoon but its like there Shredder was some sort of god.

  • This was a really amazing movie.

My only complains were yes at time they were too hard on the original turtle show. Theres really no point of over emphasizing the difference between those shows. Apples and oranges. SOmetimes it worked other times it was obviously overboard, almost disrespectful...which seems odd.

But only other part that sucked was they allowed the original shows april get abducted by a banana!!! And did nothing about it. That was just ridiculous.

    Great movie though.

  • I just watched this the otehr day and I hated it, I grew up watching the original series and movies religiously and they basically took what I loved and blew it out of proportion. They made the turtles too goofy and at one point they cowwerd together like little bitches. The voices for Donny Mikey and Ralph were okay but Leo's voices pissed me off, he just sounded horrible, Krang and 1987 Shredder too. The only thing the did right was the animation, and the original comic turtles.

  • It was nice to see the early 90's turtles and the 2003 turtles together but the biggest mastrubation-worthy scene was when the original turtles showed up.

  • .......well i liked it, for all the petty complaints about it not making sense and the old turtles seeming cartoony, that's what the old show was. There wasn't any real grittiness like in the new one and shredder was never much of a threat. If anything, i blame the newest turtles series for going ALIEN CRAZY!

  • "for all the petty complaints about it not making sense and the old turtles seeming cartoony, that's what the old show was"

But it wasn't completely lackadaisical and outright absurd like the movie portrayed the '87 Turtles.

  • this movie is cool in ever way but buying it on dvd is a waste of 12 bucks. there r no special features what so ever and they show the version that came on tv. not the unedited version. the unedited version is way better cuz it explains a lot more stuff about the movie that was left out when it came on tv. man what a fucking rip off.

  • N I just torrent the movie. The only thing I also hate bout it is when they show OLD NY they call it cartoony WTF I'll smack the shit out of today turtles just for that and it wasn't always like that I blame the writers for doing that dumb shit.

  • Only thing I didn't like is that they made the old turtles way to cartoony and none serious, I mean way more then they should have. Though having raph talk to the screen and have everyone look around was hilarious.

  • Awesome! Old and New turtles UNITE! Cowabunga!

  • Turtles Forever will air on Nick Toons in September

  • Those of us that was born in 1980 such as mylself knows the Turltes of 1990 was and will be always the best TURTLES ever music was better and the voices was better. They didn't even bother bringing the original cast back. Krang sound so damn gay and fucked up& Shredder too. That's the only bad thing. The good thing is OUR Turtles from the 90's showing the ugly turtles of today how to party and kick ass like they used to.

  • @genestarwindjf80 totally agree.

  • @genestarwindjf80

Yeah, I agree. They were obviously making fun of the original series

  • @MrTripp1977

But the way they did it seemed like a cheap shot, I grew up watching this show, the Turtles were my first love haha, it seemes they went out of thier way to dogg the original series. The turtles were goofy but not THAT goofy, plus they even cowwered together at one point.

  • @Ibl33dGr33n4Life

I was eleven going on twelve when the original series came out so I cannot really say I grew up watching it, I do however prefer it to what they have now.

  • This movie is the best TMNT movie and one of the very best comic book movies, if you like TMNT this movie is a must see.

  • Whoever is voicing classic Shredder is TERRIBLE. He sounds NOTHING like that.

  • @BlueKenshin Which one the old or the new one.

  • @ShurikenG

The Old Shredder; the one who was voiced by Uncle Phil back in the day.

  • @BlueKenshin Hmm, he's not utterly terrible but I sorta agree with you. That Shredder was a lot more childish and this one seem to darkish for the character. Heh, forgot how good uncle phil was in voice acting.

  • Getting this when it comes out on dvd this month.

  • @Simpsons01111

    Same here man :D

  • @Simpsons01111 or you could download it off of thepiratebay. org right now,i check out trailers for movies on here when i see something that catches my eye on thepiratebay.i didnt know they did this,im downloading this for sure and then get back to watching the cleveland show i downloaded a couple days back because its so damn funny.peace

  • 0:18 that word means dick these days ;L......

  • holy fuck that is so AWESOME

  • Turtles Prime are the coolest!

  • man i just got this dvd, im psyched as hell to watch it, tmnt fo lyfe! lol

  • this is so freaking awesome!!! ...I am 19..

  • Honestly, I wish the original voice actors for the 87 turtles could have come back, but I heard it would have been way to expensive for 4Kids to make that happen. Sad too because all those voice actors are still doing good, even 25 years later

  • Original Spider-Man comic is to the 1984 TMNT comics.

Toei Spider-Man (or Japanese Spider-Man) is to 1987 TMNT cartoon show.

Spider-Man 1-3 films are to the 2003 TMNT cartoon show.

  • @MHMemeDoubleYourFun um not really since your 'superior' 2003 turtles have 1 dimensional villains that take themselves way too seriously unlike the 80s versions. at least the spider man films try to give the villains motives

  • Too much epicness my eyes are exploding

  • I seen this. It was pretty good seeing the ol skool turtles with the new one. Seeing the original turtles was nice too. They are raw as HELL. LOL

  • I love the original Teenage mutant ninja turtles I grew up watching the 1987 series i still collect the original toys i have allmost all of the original ninja turtles toys and acseries im having a nerd spazz attack over here

  • @Vegeta231000

By originals I guess you mean the 1987,not the mirage comics black an white ones?

(most gore version of all ;p)

  • @Biopunked yeah i mean the 2987 turtles

  • Amazing! this made my day

  • looks amazon :P

  • I recorded part of it.It's possibly my favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon ever.I'll try to record that whole cartoon of that. I never knew the Turtles could be so cool.

  • The comics turtles of Prime were so freakin baddass. They practically would fit in Sin City, love it!

  • THIS WAS THE GREATEST THING I HAVE EVER WATCHED ON A SATURDAY MORNING EEEVVVVEEEERRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This looks pretty cool.

  • Yeah the Turtles from the late 80's to mid 90's were the best!

  • this was an amazing mini movie

any tmnt fan, from any genre of turtles would enjoy this. i grew up on the 80s cartoon, theyre my all time favorite.

  • I like the 2003 ninja turtles but thtas problly cause i didnt see the original show.

  • @anonfalcon The original show was classic. It was completely insane and off the walls, there actually were like mutant

  • I'm at JUST the right age to have grown up watching BOTH shows, so it's like a double-dose of nostalgia!

  • @SergeantLuke same

  • Oh yeah. I was a fan of both. This special was godly in how good it was and how much continuity they used.

  • @SergeantLuke Same here! I love that this movie got made!

  • @SergeantLuke SO TRUE.

  • I love the part were the 80s and todays ninja turtles meet the old comic were it all started adult comic turtles.

  • For those who saw the movie, anyone notice the Tokka and Rahzar cameo when modern day Shredder released the new mutants? Friggin epic!

  • yes i did.

  • That's NOT the only cameo that was featured in this amazing special. From the 80s turtles, you'll also find Irma and the human forms of Bebop and Rocksteady. (Yes even though, they were seen thoughout the whole special in their mutant form.) Next time you got to watch this special, be on the lookout for that.

  • 0:35 Shredder should remove his mask before he eats his popcorn and his drink.

  • Anyone up for pizza?

  • So does this means the 2003 TMNT turtles cartoon series are done for good?

  • I just watched this and it is a must-see for any Turtles fan.

Honestly..really amazing, and yes..the original black and white turtles were done true justice in this! Exactly as I remember them (except no blood involved) ;).

  • omgomgomg its up next on 4kids

  • shit i didnt know the comic turtles were in this too, thats badass

  • @lillarry3

I know! They look awesome as fuck!

  • I always wanted to see what would happen if the old meet the new

like the goofy met the serious

the shredders crack me up :)

but no matter what, master splinter is pretty much the same :)

  • My God! I just saw Part 2 this Saturday morning......It was F&%King Epic.

I mean it! They Pulled a Forth Wall Breaker at the End that I had to give them Respect for!

  • yeah! turtles!! woohoo!!!

like the new ones better, but they're all cool

  • Aw man i really wish tht they could of had the original voices tht would fuckin awesom

  • Funny how things come full circle. When I was a kid I was into the 80's Turtles, and my younger brother (by 20 years) is into the new series.

  • I missed it...

  • playin for 3 weeks dud watch it toaday (by the time u read this its gonna be saturday) only if u live in chicago i think its playin for 3 weeks on 4 kids

  • i liked how Hun turned into a mutant turtle but will they continue the 2003 series wuth mutant turtle hun in it??

  • no, the rights for the Turtles are owned by Nick after this movie. Any movies or shows being worked on for them stopped when Nick got them.

  • Looks like Slash ^^

  • who?

  • a boss in turtles in time the snes version.

  • I'm seeing Part 1 right now because KXVO had to air a stupid meaniless Football game last week. Oh well as long as I am seeing it.

  • Did I just hear Jason Griffith's voice?

  • great movie, eastman/laird cameo was a nice touch too

  • I have fond memories of the 80's series, but if you look at it objectively the 2003 series is a much better show. The way the turtles act in the old series is goofy as all hell, where as the plot in the 2003 series is much better. Hell, it's the only thing 4kids ever did right.

  • hehe you're so right :P

  • LETS KICK SHELL!

  • wow i totally missed it but there is one heck of a great saturday morning. It pays respect to what came before which is the best way to any show to do.

I really hope they made it justice. I stopped watching for many reasons years ago. but seen the old guys back man it brings back memories, i need to look this up

  • I feel like 2003 Turtles was better overall because it had a balance between seriousness and comedy. I'm not knocking the original show at all. It's still a classic and it was awesome to see both versions interacting.

  • Today's version is gritty, and more for teens.

The 80s was more for kids with the comic reliefs Bebop, and Rocksteady, Also Shredder and Krang constantly fighting, and pod they keep failing to win.

  • Today's version is balanced between comedy and action. That's what the creators were going for. Turtles Forever did a good job in showing this too. 80's turtles were more childish. Mirage Turtles were more violent. 2003 Turtles were a mix of the 2.

  • Just shows how good that era was compared to today...checkmate

  • Yeah cartoons were just so much better back in the day 20 years ago or so.

  • uau! thts what i call a SUPER MIX!

  • how is this concept any good? I mean mixing Turltes from different eras, different shredders...wtf?????

  • I almost half expect the classic Shredder and classic Krang to kind of be in a screen that is similar to the old MST3K show myself. By the way, did you know that Krang DID make an appearance in the 2000s version of TMNT? Unlike the old days, he was a good guy and he was also an Utron (or however you spell it) and he was one of them that had arrested the 2000s version of Shredder, i.e., the Utron Shredder. BTW, a video game of this would ROCK, too. Hello, Konami, Ubisoft, do you hear me?

  • About time I say. I wish that they make Shogun and Tokka appear in the new series, though, in 2012. I would have liked for them to have appearances in the series, too.

  • Please tell me 80's Shredder gets to say "TONIGHT I DINE ON TURTLE SOUP!" In this.

  • the foxbox was the best thing ever, god i miss it

turtles forever was the best idea had in a long time

i love the difference between the old tmnt, and the new, the shredder was so dumb lol

  • i never seen the comic, but i did like the 1984 version when i was little, but the '03 one, is alot most epic.

  • lol i loved this movie

  • They made the classic turtles to wussy,

  • Awesome!

  • u konw if they had a bigger budget and longer time i bet they would of brought in other turtles into the movie too. that would of been cool cuz some of the drawings from the multiverse were bad ass. and it would of been cool to see 2 sets of the movie turtles in this movie

  • 25th anniversary?! Was I really 7 when this show started?!

  • They are including when the comic first came out in 1984.

  • this was a really good movie. i wished it had more fighting actions but oh well. i still hate how goofy they made the 80's turtles i mean they were goofy but not that damn goofy. like donny saying sun block is anti technodrome gear, wtf? but that was cool when they showed pics of other drawings of the turtles and the ones from both the live action and cgi movie. lol i noticed the turtles from the live action show wasnt on there hahaha.

  • I saw this and loved it.

I think this trailer showed to much though.

  • I wanted to see Mona Lisa just once but seeing April was great.

  • lol i had a feeling she wouldnt be in the movie. cuz the guys who created tmnt also did the 2003 show and this turtles forever movie and they said they hated the fact that the female turtle was added in the 90's tv show. they say when it came to the 80's cartoon and 90's live action show they didnt have anything to do with those shows.

  • I still want to see Mona Lisa, I know the live action show was bad, but having Mona Lisa from the 80's cartoon would have made my day.

  • when i wrote my statement earlier, i made a mistake. there r 2 tmnt creators and one of them is the one who created mona lisa. the other is the one who hates her and bands her from all of the tmnt stuff. but the one who hates her i read somewhere that he is starting to open up to her. so who knows maybe one day. well the live tv show was bad but wasnt that bad. just needed some work done here and there u know. i wish they would remake the live show like the 1st 3 movies

  • I hope so, there is a large fanbase for the character.

  • yeah i read about the fanbase. i remember when i 1st saw her i was a lil pissed cuz of the fact it totally screwed up my tmnt storyline. but after a while i just didnt care no more cuz she had a interesting look and cute face. but i would of liked it better if they just suddenly found this baby turtle girl and she got exposed by the ozze instead of being in the bowl with the 4 other turtles

  • Wait we talking about Mona Lisa or Venus de Milo? Because Mona Lisa was human who got turned in to a mutant in the 80's cartoon.

  • oops hahaha were talking about the wrong person. i thought u were talking about the female turtle. i forgot all about mona lisa lol. my bad haha

  • woah thats a total turtle time paradox dude.

  • yeah, but the Shredder's voice sounded pretty similar, man did I love to see the old turtles again! and also Shredder, Krang, Bebop, Rocksteady etc. but it kinda ticked me off that they didn't have the classic theme song. ;_;

  • I saw today and I'm still like WTF my head is about to blow!!!!

  • why didn't this air at 10:00?

  • Did anyone else notice how the 80's turtles were kicking so much more butt then the 21st century turtles? Also the Mirage comic turtles were great. I'd love to see a black and white turtles movie like that. Showing the two monsters from the second turtles movie and a breif mention of different turtles comics and movies(TMNT). Happy 25th anniversary.

  • they all seemed to kick almsot an equel ammount of butt 2me..either way it was insanely awesome!!!

  • Uh, no. It seemed more like the 80's Turtles were being goofy. The 2k3 turtles were kicking a lot of ass.

  • Man no respect for the 80s turtles. That pisses me off.

  • Wrong dipshit.

  • No respect? Are you freakin' kidding me? The Classic Turtles got plenty of respect! Yeah, so the goofy aspects of their personalities got jacked up to the max, but so what? They got a lot of action for the time they were there. They weren't JUST there to be the butt-monkeys of the group and actually wound up being very important. Example? The transporter device Classic Donatello built was what got them to safety when the Modern Turtle world was being wiped out!

  • Besides, as much as I still enjoy the old show, watching this movie after going back to the original cartoon has only certified how much of an absolute mockery the Classic Turtles are. Even Peter Laird disapproves of them (although he hasnt outright disowned their existence). In an interview on one of the Modern Series DVD's, he said the Classic cartoon was heavy humor with a bit of action (the complete opposite of his original ideas) and the Classic Turtles looked "way too cutesy and puffy".

  • the ending to this almost bought a tear to my eye

  • awesome

  • This is Turtley Awesome!!!

almost everysinge form of turtle fan is gonna be pleased with this..fans of the original comics, fans of the 80s series, and fans of the 2k3 series... once again i'm on a TTTT!!!!(Totally Tubeular Turtle Tweek mode)

  • I'm not the fangirl sort but I found myself bouncing around when I came across this. MUST WATCH!!!!

  • What channel is CW4Kids?

  • whats your STATE ?

  • I live in Hawaii, but I was able to find the channel in time. :D And it was awesome!

  • I love the fact that there's a black and white dimension. I always knew it.

  • It's not a black and white "dimension", its the turtles from the original comic books -__-

  • That's not how I'll choose to believe it. >:)

  • In that case what you choose to believe will be wrong.

That's what they are; this movie is supposed to celebrate the Turtles 25th anniversary, so they have the comic Turtles, old cartoon Turtles and new cartoon Turtles all in one.

  • Yeah, I watch it thought the same thing...I loved most of the 80's cartoons but the TMNT of the 80's really didn't age well...not versus the guys.

  • Finally my chidhood is back
