Why do not you tell what happened to thousands of Pakistan Men and women in Bangladesh during 1971, thousand of Pakistanis were killed by Bengalis and thousand of Pakistani women raped by Bengalis, You are bengali but you are trying to save Nazi White Supremacist Devil pig, who will kill more muslims and even other brown people once he will come out of Jail............! Are you plain stupid or just donot know the nature of white supremacists!
@shazlionusa he is a man who with a big heart he is how a man is supposed to be, eazy to release anger and eazy to forgive if this man this neo nazi starts killing more innocent people then who is it reflecting on not him or anyone else but the neo nazi
Boo Hoo. This ugly disgusting brown Muslim seems to forget that it is the Muslims that have provoked hate against inocent Americans. As white Americans we are constantly reminded that WE are to set the example, and to repudiate hate no matter how much hate is provoked against the west..i.e. the white culture. It is you who are ignorant Rais, you ignore the fact that the Koran clearly indicates that "infidels" should be killed. You are trying to be the poster child for peace..its not working.
only 6474 ppl had seen this video :) wow........why not this video to be publish in pakistan, afghanistan and american channels. It might help lots of IDIOT to rethink a lost religion "HUMANITY"
This man is a role model for all of us! He is sincere and wants to change how we react to deadly situations. His behavior is proof of attitude change! God Bless him!
@nnoor4you im Swedish and don´t know what prejudice is. Please explain? Anyhow I thought that like.. thousands of these "hatecrimes" or revengecrimes in my eyes would take place after 9/11. Its like... common sence o fight thouse who kill your people.
Bhuiyan's words are like throwing pearls at pigs in your case. I'm sorry to hear that you are Swedish, makes me ashamed. Even Stroman finally understood he did something ugly and evil. When will YOU understand that you are on the wrong side of humanity?
@Lodsten Isn't it horrible how many of these emotionless hate-filled people (mostly men who sit by the computer too much) like Zombiemoderator we have in Sweden?
I love my country Sweden, home of my folks since hundreds of years back. I'm worried it's getting full of racists and generally hateful people, without manners and who show no respect to strangers.
What will happen to our nation if we can't instill good values of decency, discipline, kindness, respect and forgiveness in our young ones?
stroman deserve what he get. you cant go around killing ppl because your mad.. kill the bastard..my heart goes out to the ppl stroman killed and injured.
This guy doesn't get it....if people that commit hate crimes aren't held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. You'll only be giving them the green light to continue committing hate crimes. Let the guy get executed and make peace within your own heart and mind.
@cabrame Your argument may sound like common sense, but it has nothing to do with actual human behaviour. The death penalty has been proven time and again not to be a deterrent. And if you think that killing a human being for killing another is a logical solution, then you have truly missed the point.
I am a Muslim and the Holly Quran commands us to Forgive and Forget,,,,, we do not treat others as they treat us but rather we treat them always in compassion and kindness as Allah wants us to do. I hope your life will be saved soon. Insha Allah.
There is still time - I called today and they listen to your story; I've suffered from Islamophobia myself and I want this guy to live. The death penalty is abhorrent. Bring back HUMANITY, Texas!
Texas board of pardons and Paroles. Salutation: Dear Board Members
Any time someone tries to tell me Muslims are violent or Islam is a hateful religion,I'm going to show them this video.Kudos to you,Mr.Bhuiyan! When our religions call on us to pray for our tormentors, they don't mean only when it's easy!
@ZombieXerus I think the point is that maybe Mr.Stroman will have time to realize what he did wrong and come to terms with it.If he can do that and sort of...reclaim his humanity...that's a wonderful gift for Mr.Bhuiyan to give him.
@MasTeak i see.... They should probably change the name from "life sentence" to 45 year sentence because that is misleading. But still, I don't think you can say ONLY 45 years. The guy still has to live in a cage for 45 years. And who knows..... He might kill some more people while he is in prison. Pretty much what I'm getting at is that our prison system is completely ineffective and a total waste of money
@ZombieXerus I wouldn't say completely ineffective. I mean, it certainly has its flaws, but it is still more or less a reliable system. Also, while keeping him in prison is expensive ($740,000 for a life sentence), its nothing compared to the $1.26 million it costs to keep people on Death Row.
@MasTeak I wouldn't say nothing compared to 1.26 million. It's still a huge amount of money the tax payer are going to pay for feed a murderer. I haven't heard too many stories about someone coming out of prison and saying "O that was great. I'm much better off now that I've been in prison" A lot of people come out of prison more dangerous and knowledgeable about crime then when they came in. But lets agree to disagree on a few points. Thanks for the info and most of all thanks for being civil
@ZombieXerus Yes, it is still an awful lot of money. But, if I am perfectly honest, I would rather pay to feed a murderer than pay to kill one. But, as you say, we shall simply have to agree to disagree on some points, and thank you as well for being so civil and mature in this discussion. :)

I don't know what's more sickening, the fact that Mr. Stroman is being being executed for this "crime". Or the fact that this immigrant is blaming 9/11 for this so called "crime".
I'm against the death penalty. Let a person live with their mistakes until they are taken from this world naturally. That is the best gift and worst punishment.
I honestly...don't care if he dies. I find you incredible for having that kind of forgiveness in your heart, but people like him don't deserve to share the same air as everyone else.
@awdreamer2012 But who says he doesn't deserve to breathe the same air as us? Who are we to decide that? If this man, one who was attacked by him, can forgive him, who are we to say that he still deserves to die?
Hate is wrong, but the world would be better without some people. I admire him for his forgiveness, but I hope Stroman suffers miserably before he dies. Some people will not change no matter what happens to them. I do not hate Stroman, but this world will be better with him gone.
Sir, that you have chosen to forgive Mr. Stroman for shooting you is noble, but your forgiveness has its limits.
Mr. Stroman is not to be executed for the attack on you, a crime that does not carry the death penelty, but for the murder of two other men in cold blood for being the wrong color.
While I am generaly uncomfortable with the death penelty, in Mr. Stroman's case I can't think of a specific reason he should be spared. He is the poster-boy for capital punishment.
I am thrilled to have found this. After seeing this up on CNN I started Googling around for his prison blog and found your web site. You're quite incredible, this world needs more people like you.

@Zombiemoderator You are an embarrassment to country and family.
You show no compassion, only anger and bitterness. Why not try to appreciate the beauty in the story.
You live in one of the best nations on Earth, clean and safe, you are not poor, and still you use your time writing rude things.
I love Sweden and I am a patriot of this country, and I am disgusted when Swedes act like you, trash of our race.
For Sweden to have a future, we must teach honorable values and discipline in our schools.
