the problem is that this is okay if this is an individual presentation... but when girls like this are part of your group assessment... it is an absolute killer....

don't twirl your hair, try not to rely too much on your notes, look at the audience, don't use "uh" or "um"; get some visual aids, don't dance, organize and practice your speech other then that your great.... I'd hit that too.
