Well, depends on what bands you listen to, because the genres i listen to, generally encourage hardcore dancing, because you'll get into the music so much more, but you'll always have the faggots who want to hardcore dance just to look tough, so i guess it's something your gonna have to put up with.
I was annoyed about them too, but i got over it, most people do, if they get in the way, just give them a shove or something, then start moshing lol

@TheHXCgrandma Can I just say thanks for not being a douche via internet? Good on you. :P Gah I have HXC danced before, but I just love moshing more. When I went to see WCAR, MMI, TWA and TOTA live, I gave this kid about my age a push away because he just fuckin' windmilled his arms in my face whilst I was headbanging and he started up on me as if he'd never been in a mosh pit though? D: I'm fine with that weird crab squat thing some dudes do but dancing gets in the way a bit too much.

Yeah, you'll get those kinds of people at some gigs, but they never do anything, well, maybe they only don't do anything to me lol, being 6'4 may help with that lol
I reckon if you don't like Hardcore Dancers, a good solution would be, stay away from them, and probably mosh somewhere else, and get more people to mosh with you, so that you don't get shit from hardcore dancers.
I reckon people should be able to do whatever they want at gigs
