For the 2 strands of baby weight yarns I used an L hook and for my afghan which is 2 strands of 4 ply Vanna's choice, I'm using an N hook. The puffs are huge LOL. The O hook went missing but probably would have been too large. I like the texture though and the yarn was purchased last summer at $ .97 a skein so for $12 I've got a great afghan.
This is lovely!!! I've done 2 blankets using Tracey's double strand method and they are so soft and cuddly that I've started one for myself!! I use the same brand yarn for both strands. I'll have to try the boucle as it really made the stitch more interesting. Thanks for sharing.
@jcrefasi1 Thanks for leaving the nice comment. I made another baby blanket with the same stitch but I used one strand of pink boucle and one strand of white yarn. I came out really pretty, soft, and fluffy.
