i use to play shaman to.... same gear as you had in the video :) probly....

good game fun.. but stoped because of lack in interest in the end :) when ever this get completly free. player number will increase greatly.. and with a store they would earn more money then they do now.....aka! Erikusboy goblin shama!

In this video you never got attacked, and big healing crits doesnt mean you are a good healer. Its not that you did bad, but you can improve alot. Try using keybindings like Q-R-T-F-G-Z-X-C-V-TAB. And there are alot more addons which can help you. (Put sticky feetz on an easy to press button, it the ability that makes shaman OP :D)
