  • When you knit in the round is stockinette stitch different? I have a pattern for a hat that says stockinette stitch 3 rows (knit all rows). I'm confused! :)

  • @VegaChastain - Yes, when you knit in the round all rows are knit for stockinette stitch. This is because you never turn your work around.

  • I figure stockinette stitched sweaters would be the best :D Since you have the softer pearl stitch against your skin, yet the more beautiful stockinette stitch on the outside :D Best of both worlds, wouldn't you say?
