Thanks so much for sharing these great results. So many healthcare organizations are demonstrating that you can improve quality and cost using Lean methods. I especially appreciate how you used productivity improvement to redeploy staff members rather than resorting to layoffs. That's the only thing that can keep everybody motivated to make more improvements.
