Honda's are gay so are miata's only reason I ever drove the type R is because I am staioned in Japan and buying V8 parts here are to expensive and the type R was $1500 which I ended up trading for a 2001 Nb fully caged on work wheels that I am getting ready to trade for a 85 levin. s2000 is nothing like a miata. one handles like a roller coaster with tiny engine, the other one handles like a pig with a big engine.. lol although they are roughly the same size, an s2000 is much heavier than a miata.
I had a miata and i've driven an s2000 couple times. They are pretty different. I'd choose the miata any time before the s2000. Its much more fun.
i never driven a s2000 so i can't comment on that, but you are the first person i heard saying it handles like a pig. miatas are one of the best handling car at all day, not sure about the NC tho i'd want a miata w/ S2000 engine , but it won't be a true miata any more.. much like a V6 EVO
well let me put it this way, compared to a miata, it handles like a pig.. I've never driven an nc either however looking at the specs, i dont think i would like it as much as i do the na and nb models. As far as the engine swaps.. S2000 engine is lighter than the stock iron miata engine therefore it will be even more fun.
I've never driven an s2000, but I own a '97 miata and have driven an '08 miata (soft top). As I started to drive the 08 model. It felt like I was driving a sedan compared to the '97. Though the 08 miata looks nicer and is considerably faster, the handling doesn't feel as quick and connected.
the new miata is very heavy compared to the other models. The new one is about 2800lb. If you didnt like the way the new miata handled, you will hate the S2000 even more. The S2000s is roughly 3000lb, almost 400 lb more than a 302 monster miata.

Miata is a car for guys with guts, cheap and reliable, somehow weak in horsepower but stupidly good in handling
Ferrari is for small dicks, like a girl friend of mine said, for someone who doesn't know about cars or want to atract girls with the car, since his small dick doesn't work

i think most of us choose a miata over a F430 we can have one, which means the money wasn't a problem.
Don't get me wrong tho. i love miatas, and i own one. but i definitely want a F430

s2000 is nothing like a miata. one handles like a roller coaster with tiny engine, the other one handles like a pig with a big engine.. lol although they are roughly the same size, an s2000 is much heavier than a miata.
I had a miata and i've driven an s2000 couple times. They are pretty different. I'd choose the miata any time before the s2000. Its much more fun.

i never driven a s2000 so i can't comment on that, but you are the first person i heard saying it handles like a pig. miatas are one of the best handling car at all day, not sure about the NC tho i'd want a miata w/ S2000 engine , but it won't be a true miata any more.. much like a V6 EVO

well let me put it this way, compared to a miata, it handles like a pig.. I've never driven an nc either however looking at the specs, i dont think i would like it as much as i do the na and nb models. As far as the engine swaps.. S2000 engine is lighter than the stock iron miata engine therefore it will be even more fun.

I've never driven an s2000, but I own a '97 miata and have driven an '08 miata (soft top). As I started to drive the 08 model. It felt like I was driving a sedan compared to the '97. Though the 08 miata looks nicer and is considerably faster, the handling doesn't feel as quick and connected.

the new miata is very heavy compared to the other models. The new one is about 2800lb. If you didnt like the way the new miata handled, you will hate the S2000 even more. The S2000s is roughly 3000lb, almost 400 lb more than a 302 monster miata.
