I have this gun. It is auctually very comparible to my Systema mp5. Almost as realistic.

i wonder when someone is going to come out with a true blowback mp5 instead of these where it simply uses gas to move the ejection port cover?! i would buy it right away if good quality. i mean real gas blowback like in a gas pistol or a wa m4 or we tech scar

@rusher38 no what i meen is.. there is alot of good gas guns coming out now. but noone is making a true gas mp5. maybe because there are alot of mp5s out there though they are aeg.

U guys are loling, i like airsoft very much but cant understand how can a person pay about 400$ or even more just for a bbs weapon. If u practice airsoft id rather to buy a 100$~ one, they all got the same power

CA is very terrible, they have the worst internals, this thing is sopposed to have, from what i here, G&P comparable internals. Id like to have blowback, plus this thing makes the awsome, crisp noice when you stick the magazine in.

Dont get Classic Army. If you do not get Top Tech, ICS is also very nice!

i love Toptech's innovation. most blowback aegs rely on an electric mechanism the puts tons of strain on the gear box and most of the time the bolt is left partially open. this pneumatic system uses nearly the same concept as real firearms like the AK as it uses excess air from firing to open the bolt just as an AK uses extra gasses to open its bolt. bravo Toptech for breaking the mold!!!

I like it.. I'm still gonna get it.. I think blowback needs extra juice to power it though.. my buddy bought the toptech m16 and my 9.6v 1600mah only got it to fire once.. it could be something else though, I haven't taken it apart yet..

i'm not saying its not fun I've been playing airsoft since 1999 and i love it. Its people that dont understand that when you play airsoft its a bunch of grown men and teenagers running around in woods, urban cqb etc shooting at each other with toy guns that shoot BB's. The sport of airsoft has turned towards the competitive side, people are taking it to serious and losing the honorability of the game thats all im saying.

@ATM17420 yes a i agree there are alot of grown men dick heads who boss everybody and take it tooooo serious but there are alot of other people who play seriously because its the excitement of playing like your in real war and battle. I find the sport more fun when you go into that mind set of being a special forces soldier but that might just be me.. everybody likes to go into their own character and its what you personaly want to get the full excitement.

its a version 2 gearbox. they just added bits to the top to creat an extra feature. but its the only way to get a G&G SD6 and im going for it.

they don't necessarily last longer, but version 3 gearboxes are stronger, allowing you to use spring powers that would otherwise crack version 2 gearboxes (m140 and up) in a relatively short amount of time.

I don't know, I've heard many people say that version 3 gearboxes are designed better to take more stress than the version 2. Thus, lasting longer.
