cause this anime is a crossover of sorts. B-Daman was inspired by Bomberman. So this show has the bomberman universe and b-daman universe as one in the same.
so since b-daman is all about marble shooters, they use them in this show

Amazing. I watched all of Bomberman Jetters, and I was curious as to when an English Sub of this series was gonna come out on Youtube. I'm glad you invited me to join the group, TigerBomber. It was ZeroJetterz who got me into Bomberman again, and she did a great job of doing so.
