Power Outage Coffee

Wrap the coffee in a CLEAN white cloth or hanky.

Tie it with clean string.

Simmer it in a pot of water, swish it

around and dunk it like a tea bag.

Squeeze it between two plates or saucers

so you don't scald yourself.

COFFEE!!!

if i were you i would get a generator for your house if my power goes out i have power for the fridge heat and lights and tv or you can drink until the power comes on

I am lucky to have a gas stove. When the power goes out I boil water and pour it right into the coffee maker. Works great. Can't live without my coffee.

I thought just boil the water add the coffee put on simmer a few minutes. Then strain out the dreggs. Wont be like drinking pee the way your doing it.
