  • What are you listening too to get pumped up?

  • back snaps

  • good work you need to keep your back straight thou

  • I hope to be at 405 in 8 wks. I'm currently at 350

  • Saturday night at 9pm????

Why can I see a window with sunlight above you?

  • nice job man

  • good efforts

sink more matey, need to get lower before lift

  • @kimbosprite what do you say to Ronnie Coleman who deadlift 8 plates for 2 reps with worst form?

  • @LuDimezofKush I don't say anything to him. He's Ronnie Coleman, you aren't. His deadlift form is better than yours, plus it's well known that Ronnie has back problems.

  • Good lift, scary technique. I personally wouldn't have any discs left and would be on the floor writhing in pain for like 2 days. I like to use my legs to power me up and keep my back a lil straighter than that. But I can only do 315 for 5 reps though right now. So "that's whats up i guess"

  • @ChillinCherokee i also do deadlifts and i use no belt until the last deadlift with one or 2 reps. and ive never hurt. if you do it right, no hurt.

  • strong man dude but, work on your motion.....

  • Great job man fuck all this faggets hateing in your video

  • nobodys hating on the vid.just warning the guy. i actually hurt my back couple weeks ago with the same exact weight.i learned the hard way.hope ypu wont have to.try listening more to experienced guys

  • i am a discus thrower 1:70 cm i bench press 170kg for 1 rep and 200 kg squat for 2 reps at 210 lbs

  • 37 comments from armchair experts, (most of which do not know what they are talking about) and not one has pointed out the obvious correction to most of your form. You need to look up when you lift. There is a vast difference in where your hips, shoulders and back will be positioned because of it. You have zero chance of deadlift properly looking down.

Anyway, no hate, just saying (and yes, I can deadlift more, but in turn I watch guys deadlift over 700 regularly).

  • nice job dude

  • Nice lift.

  • solid intensity bro... you could be pulling in the 500s if you used your legs

    keep it up hoss

  • you did a good job but that weight is heavy for you man...you take too much break between reps.

  • you twigs!! SHUT UP AND LIFT

  • 5 stars man you did it great..don't listen to the ppl saying form becuz they don't lift this kinda weight and don't know how it feels

  • Good work and good luck mate! :)

  • Wear a belt bro!

  • people are so over-analytical. you gotta be sensible, but your never gonna improve if you dont challenge yourself. You could lift 3 plates with perfect form, what people dont realise is that its incredibly hard to maintain great form whilst pusing near to or maximal weight. Do you know why? Becasue they have never done it haha, they never push themselves..,

    Keep up the great work!

    Thanks everyone!

This is my first video to get 10k hits.

  • did you lift that with out a belt

  • Yes.

But, I have been using one since.

  • @YukonMuscleMob I think you did great. Right now im just at 405 for 1 rep with the same form. U just did 3 that was great! Listen tho when u start listening to ppl on youtube its gonna mess up ur game. Listen to ur body. Listen to urself. Just remember that. Im lookin forward to seein your progress as time moves on. BTW u can also check some of my videos.

  • @YukonMuscleMob u are pathetic !

  • fuck form, you lifted 4 plates a side. good job. all you little personal trainers worry too much about inuury prevention and form, obsessively so....in the real world your back is gonna round lifting that sorta weight. thats why all you little personal trainers look like twigs.

  • Wow! Thanks man, I appreciate it.

Now, tell me how you really feel? :-)

  • hahaha i definitely agree with you bro fuck em..pussies

  • haha true true form is needed tho but wen really heavy wieght is concerned sorry it ain't 5kg a side all lil trainers out their piss me off u study and think u know...but ur skinny results speak for itself..ya'll hear me out ther

  • i hate all this faggets bitchin about form fuck u

  • @256Nick dude i just said all the dicks sayin form form are usually fuked yes form is important u don't wanna be a hero and snap jur back...but most of them say form cos they deadlift 30kg and do perfect form but result speak for itslef...their all skiny cunts to.results speak for itself

  • Take care of that back mate. You should never round it.

  • good job ***** stars , fuck all haters

  • Why would you wanna lift metal .. anyhow i must go visit the daily porn sites

  • good job dude

  • Thanks.

  • Nice weights you are lifting but please put some time on making your technique better, I feel sorry for your back.

As a gym owner, Personal trainer, rehab instructor and massagetherapist I´ve seen all too many injuried backs due to bad dead lift technique.

It is not worth being unable to control peing and poing functions, due to a blown vertebrae disk and injuried sciatic nerver :-(

You have the strenght, but let your legs do most of the lift!

    /Iron addict

  • you seem like a nice guy besides lifting ton of weight, all you haters can suck it.....

  • dats whats up ........

  • I may need to work on my form. I admit, I do not deadlift like Evan Centopani or Derek Poundstone and never claimed to.

All I wanted to do was to make a good vid of me moving some weight and to contribute to Kevin Levrone's group.

Instead this turned into a "How not to deadlift" video instead of seeing what this is really about which is to SHOW THE FIRE INSIDE AND INSPIRE!!!

    THATS WHATS UP HATERS. :-)

  • good video man its all about inspiration, im also doing a vid i just gotta find someone with a freakn cam corder, by the way check out my video of my transformation n my page ;)

  • im not hating..your form does suck?;)

  • 405 is nothing to brga about, but it is what i can do at the moment.

My form will improve, my legs have to be involved more, I need to drop my hips and all this will happen in time.

Thanks for the good and the bad comments.

  • All of you stfu about his form. Hate all of you keyboard personal trainers always bitching about peoples form.

MY GOSH dude you got one strong back.

  • Wow, you're THE man.

  • good weight, but you completely excluded your legs in that lift, basically you turned the deadlift into an only back exercise. Work on bending those knees and getting down low to lift the weight in the beginning of the lift. Or if you dont like using legs just do rack pulls

  • great job bud keep it up. when u do dead left do u use weight left belt? I do use it i was just wondering

  • I tried a belt for the first time last week and liked it. I normally do not wear one.

    Thanks. :-)

  • thanks bud. keep it up and be save.

  • Whether it was perfect form or now it was still awesome! If we were all perfect we wouldnt be training hard to be perfect. Then life would be rubbish!

    Thats whats up!

  • Could had used a better form but kudos for your personal best !

  • are you trying to throw out your back?

  • What do you think?

C'mon... My lower back is fine. It does not round as bad as it may look.

  • Fix your form you are gonna hurt yourself real bad one of these days if you keep that up.... trust me I know, it may work fine 100 times but all of the sudden BANG and you wont be lifting for months.

  • I am going to go lighter for a while. Thanks for the concern. I really do feel fine, but I hear ya, it only takes one time.
