It's obviously not a real deck of cards, ignoring the fact that he pretty much said it straight out in the video that it wasn't, there's a reason why when he was showing the deck he purposely didn't show the backs of the bottom cards. It's cause the back of those cards are all kings.

@lion95805 i know exactly what you mean! i don't however know the name... i just called it massaging the cards, you need loose hands. push the top card out and smoothly move your hand down (after pushing the top card up) pull the 2nd one out with your palm and slide it over while using your other hand to push the top card in.

eh the kings were face up before you picked up the cards which makes it blatantly obvious you have double-sided cards. this is not a trick!!! it requries no technique or trickery just double-sided cards. one of if not the worst "trick" i have ever seen
