  • NO WAY! The Conductor is my music lit. teacher!

  • I love the candle light processional. I have only seen it once but it was definately one of my favorite trips to Disney world and a very moving experience

  • Guess breath and your be find i was nerves my first time and after i seen all the people and them being happy my nerves had only on thang to do and that was to be happy to

  • DONT LOCK YOUR LEGS!!!!

  • I will be doing this on Dec. 17 and I have all the music down and everything, but what I'm worried about is the physical part of this. I've heard that it is pretty easy to faint on stage with all the lights hitting you, the robes, and having to stand there for an hour straight not moving. Is there any advice from anyone on this? :S

  • @DC11961 Well good, luck I wish I could sing that looks like so much fun.

  • @khfab4fan Thank you SO much for the advice. : Ery helpful, I will certainly keep those tips in mind. :D I have always heard this is a fun trip to make but this is the first time I am performing it myself as I didn't go last year when my choir made it. You've made me feek better about this trip so once again, THANK YOU. :D

  • @DC11961 I sang at this event for 3 years. Just don't lock your knees and youll be ok.

  • @DC11961 Guess breath and youll do find. its not hard i was neves when i did it but after i seen all the happy people i got so happy that my neves could only relax.

  • @DC11961 dont worry about the crowd. when your not singing rock back and forth on ur feet...and switch at times...and the lights try not to faint! drink water before u hit stage!

  • @DC11961 dont worry about the crowd. when your not singing rock back and forth on ur feet...and switch at times...and the lights try not to faint! drink water before u hit stage! also when its dark take that time to switch feet to take pressure off of you...and have a great time!!

  • @DC11961 make sure your knees are relaxed . most people do so because the get overly nervous and lock there knees and tense themselves up.

  • @tgltyty Thanks for the advice. :) it was a LOT of fun and I didn't pass out. :D Honestly, it felt like I was on stage for all of 5 minutes and then we had to get off. x)

  • I sang in this for years.... and years back in the '90s, it was fabulous !!! I miss it very much, but I have a cd that was made, and even a photo inside, and I am in the photo! incredible ! I sing it all when ever I am able to !

  • the the person who said that those in yellow are high school, you are not entirely correct. Disney is now allowing community choirs to audition and perform for Candlelight (we were there on 12/26 with Edward James Olmos)

  • My dad plays in this every year yahoo.

  • It sounds like it has a special place in your heart. lol Well I guess just be glad you don't work over at small world then.

  • BBBoggs, you're very lucky. People come from accross the world to be there. Why don't you quit if you don't like it. I wish I could Fire you from Disney for being such a mean person.

  • @BBBoggs To hell with you as well. You can't even pretend to be happy for the kids who are performing on stage. After all, it IS Disney.

  • i don't know if this was when i performed. but my high school choir gets selected every year, its a beautiful show, and the songs are a joy to sing.
