Thanks for this Video. Now I know how to do it. First I need to make sure if my lap top needs screen replacing.a vertical a horizontal lines appear on the screen and below the vertical line it shimmers, The top half of the screen works fine. I m not sure if it is the screen which is faulty. When I connect my laptop to external monitor, it works absolutely fine. But someone suggested if the lines disappear when connected to external monitor the problem might not be screen. Any suggestion?

I actually need to replace the right hinge on a Toshiba satellite a350 but at least now i have a clearer idea!

Do you know if I need to remove the hinge from the main body part (let's say from the bottom of the computer? anyway thanks.
