Larry...This is a favorite tv theme of mine and until the day you did this, i never heard anyone sing it as well as the tv one...Well you changed that for me, as you have with a lot of songs...Your voice flows so damn sweetly through every word...It makes me think of the mid 80's when i was a teenager and thought i had life all figured out...(what a joke...lol)..I love the original and i love your version...Your music is hard to describe..But know this.(cont'd)

Normally, I hate covers on YouTube but your version is fantastic and sounds very much like the original. This is such a great song that is rarely heard on the radio today which is a shame. I remember watching Kotter when I was very small.

I'm going to make this as clear as I can... they need to put this back on TV, asap! When I was younger, maybe 10 or 11 years old, I remember that Nick at Nite had a block party summer where they played a block of shows every weeknight, and I think it was Friday, it was Welcome Back Kotter night, either 4 or 6 episodes of Kotter every Friday night, all summer. Loved it! Now all we get is stupid ass Jersey Shore or 16 and Pregnant. What a wasteland entertainment has become.
