  • To beat al queda, you have to train like al queda.

  • Ey great vid but whats better wider legs or together? Are you doing this in a Jail or in a Cave?

  • You have to be more flexible to do legs together.

    Jail or Cave?

  • Try that wierd contraption called a basement, lol. Yah, i think thats what he's working out in. Aye carumba, a jail or a cave, haha-- now ive truly seen it all. Great vids man-- just got GA and am dying to clench my teeth into so to speak. Cheers..

  • Im getting ready to start the fundamentals section in about 2 days-- i was doing resistance, abbs, stance isometrics and dynamic tension for a while so im weening myself off of it so i can devote all my focus to GA. Its always tempting to do alot but it can result in overworking-- plus i do martial arts and musical comp-- alot goin on-- Blessings

  • I like these push-ups. They're challenging.

  • Not the hardest one's, but definitely challenging.

  • these are hindu pushups...?

  • nope, hindu pushups don't reverse the forward motion.

  • Thank you for answering what I was about to ask.

  • Take a look at the video called Hindu vs Dive Bomber Pushups. You will see many variations of both.

  • I wonder how this compares to 'tiger' pushups. It's like this, but without the hip extension so I think it mimics military pressing angles a bit better.

  • A little cheese, but I love it.

  • lol
