if anyone can help me :D ... my computer doesn't seem to find my android device (optimus black) but the phone shows me that i can connect ...olso,i have tried some of your tips,like going into settings(sd card and phone settings) nad disable mass storage only,and after that,when i tried to plugg the cable again,windows tried to install some updates for the phone but it didnt installed all of them ... tried again,but nothing.Another thing,2 months ago worked,but nothings pops out when plug ..help

@jwcervania go to storage then disable the mass storage.

i cant get pc suite or the on screen phone to reconise my phone the pc suite does nothing once loaded and the on screen phone just tells me to connect my phone and try again.... no matter what i do nothing works

@ruturaaj go to "SD Card & Phone Settings" & Disable "Mass Storage Only". Try connecting phone now. Min e worked after doing this..
