  • nice information...! thanks for upload this video...!

  • Here is what we must do. 200 Million People put in $1.00 a week. Every week will be a drawing. 995 People will win $200,000 a week. 995!!!

  • Here is how you resolve the Health care problem. 225 Million people x $40.00 a month = $9,000,000,000/month. Case Closed.

  • @heartlessvietboy Well said!

  • @heartlessvietboy I agree!

  • Do Americans need health care reform? Nope, just the fat smokers who have driven up everyone else's premiums because they are a drag on insurance pool risk. which is why Obamacare simply spread liability among the healthy and responsible through mandates and buying restrictions, just so the DEM's industry contributors get guaranteed revenues in perpetuity.

  • @doggietown I would also mention we are over 50, so this is not much since we have been in our jobs over 25 yrs.

  • @doggietown , Thats house hold income, meaning 2 of us, and in Seattle that isn't much, In Idaho it would be great. We just sold our house as we couldn't afford it after 5yrs, still can't put money into a retirement fund, and since last post, had pay cuts......And unless I get a different trade, it's not gonna change.

  • ((((((Take your health care and shove it!)))))))

  • obama you want health care reform look into Dr. Ruth B. Drown work done during the 1900's the government stole all her paperwork why dont you demand it back and release it to the public. its suppose to cure all diseases without medicine

  • Google for "Universal health care", in Wikipedia there is a long comparison list of countries that have sort of free health care, even european countries,..why US is so totally different from other countries in this regard ?!..seems US is the only country that a sick person can go bankrupt because of sickness!

  • @velvetbc "seems US is the only country that a sick person can go bankrupt because of sickness" Yes, and the US is the only country with such exorbitant pool risk because of an insanely unhealthy population. Quit blaming the "system" "the man" or the evil "private market" when the reason for US HC costs should be obvious to everyone: 34% obesity, and skyrocketing!!!

  • WE never needed healthcare reform obama jus fucked us

  • @nemzz9st theres kids dying you uneducated your friends are lying to you kid

  • Obamacare was signed on March 2010 with 59% of the people disapproving according to a CNN poll. The CBO scored Obamacare on six years of coverage for 10 years of taxes, which is how the CBO showed the bill to be deficit neutral . It’s unconstitutional mandating all citizens to purchase health care. Even Pelosi said, “We have to pass the bill, so you can find out what is in it.” watch?v=KoE1R-xH5To It’s also meant to take over industry watch?v=p-bY92mcOdk

    Allen West 2012

  • This is the wrong time for us to reform the healthcare system. We don't have the money and quite frankly capitalism/ our current healthcare system is the best thing to happen to healthcare yet. The market encourages and forces innovation. U.S. companies have developed half of all new medicines introduced to the world over the last 20 years. And we only have 5% of the worlds population. Sounds pretty good to me.

  • So if our healthcare system is so bad before this "reform" then why is it doctors from other countries are coming here to America to get their health care needs?

  • President is seriously a BRUTAL job! Obama hair went grey so quickly, it's like Bush after the 9/11 or Clinton after Monica! Presidents are aging so fastly

  • Now that we have read the bill, we see that Obama is a pathetic self serving psychopathic Lier all throughout this SICK speech, IT WON'T ADD A DIME TO OUR DEBT,and biggest spending cut in history?????WHO THE HELL VOTED FOR THIS FOOL AND STILL LISTENS TO AND BELIEVE WHAT HE SAYING, he the one that doesn't play buy the rules and could careless ABOUT YOU!!! CHANGE CHANGE OR YOU KIDDING ME HITLER AND STALIN RAN ON THE WORDS """HOPE AND CHANGE""" LOOK WHAT THEY ENDED UP WITH!!

  • @banzaimotorcross

Well I don't mind paying for health insurance, but when you've been paying all your life, and when you really need their help, they drop you.

That sounds like theft to me.

If I pay for health insurance, I expect to get something out of it.

If I paid for it, and I get sick they should help me. That's the purpose of health insurance.

If they want everybody to stay healthy, that's impossible. I don't need fuss when I get ill. If I pay for it, give me the care. Right?

  • @banzaimotorcross

I pay for life insurance, care insurance and they are all reliable. My health insurance isn't.

I mean regardless of what you think of healthcare reform, the Insurance companies should cut us all some slack/.

I'm not a slacker, I work two jobs and paid damn good money for health insurance.

I don't need some Health Insurance bureacrat always trying to make some excuses.

Maybe if they don't like this bill, the Insurance companies should start being more trustworthy.

  • Martin Luther King, Jr. once famously said, "of all the forms of inequality, injustice in health care is the most shocking and most inhumane."

NO society can legitimately call itself civilized if a sick person is denied medical aid because of lack of means.

You Yanks shout to the world how GREAT you are yet there are 12 million uninsured children in the good old USA without access to Health Care.

Does that make you Americans feel PROUD?

    Bloody barbarians....

  • @IanWaters42

No it does not make us proud. At least I'm not proud about it. I can't speak for the rest of my Americans, but I agree with you.

I'm happy you brought the hard truth to my countryman. I bet you thought I'd be angry, but I'm glad you spoke up. Good for you, and I would encourage you to keep speaking up because my fellow Americans need to know.

    I'm being serious here.

Some of us can be barbarians. Please keep it real, and speak up.

    Thank you.

  • @IanWaters42

I agree with you and it makes me very upset...i'm really not sure how other Americans, some that i know well and love could claim the constitution was being violated when a sick kid gets better. You Nailed it. No Society should let any human being suffer, because they can't Pay for treatment. there are TOO many sick, homeless and hungry in this country and in other countries as well. i don't think we will have "advanced" as a species until we care about that more than our iphones.

  • @IanWaters42 So when medicaid and medicare deny coverage, what does that mean?

  • @banzaimotorcross

All I am saying is that if you pay for something, you should get the service.

    Am I missing something?

    What would you suggest?

  • @banzaimotorcross

Here's an example, if I need my tires changed and I pay you to do it, you'll do it right?

Of course you'll do it if I paid you.

You are not going to say, 'Well thank you for the $130' but your tires are a pre-existing condition.

If I go to burger king and I want a whopper, give me the whopper. Almost every American is going to get sick, so what's the all the shit about dropping coverage when people get sick?

These are people who never missed a payment.

  • Anyone out there understanding the slippery slope of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY erosion in America. The more "FREE" programs = less Personal Responsibility. This equals a weaker, less prosperous country. You can debate all we want on issues, but if the President, members of Congress, and Americans in general talked about personal responsibility, our country would be much better off!

  • @clifter8

How's talking about "free programs" ?!

The president's plan includes everybody buying insurance, or else monetary penalty fine!... where is the FREE in that ?!

  • hey ostupid, AARP is rasing up to 13% next year because of YOUR health care...hows that hope and change going?

  • Why in the world in is the Senate Majority Leader's name already on the computer when people are going to vote in Las Vegas. Why is it okay that he is buying gift cards for people to vote for him! WOW! amazing, there needs to be a warning Mr. Obama!

  • I agree with some of the grassroots that say things like "we need to flip this house" or we need to "clean house". I like both ideas. The ones with their own agenda's need to go out the door!

  • With freedom comes responsibility.. People do NOT need to be told what to do. People in general are very talented and intelligent. The government would have you believe that WE THE PEOPLE need them to TELL US and CONTROL US and SUPPORT US. This is just NOT true for the majority of Americans.

  • Seriously, you call yourself a Conservative. Conservatives believe in a smaller, more limited government, not one that can just keep taking over our lives.

  • @miracleneeded I could say the same thing about republicans with their "family values". The republicans want to shrink government when it comes to things that they agree with. For example, welfare is evil because it takes my hard earned money away! But when it comes to gays getting married and allowing women to do with they want with their bodies and get an abortion, nobody should be allowed to do those things because I don't agree with them....you know it happens don't deny it.

  • @sNaYkE15 The idea of gays marrying & abortion may not be the right thing to do, but are u drawing the line in the sand for everyone. U just said, "I don't agree with them, so they should not be allowed". What happens if all of the sudden someone does not agree w/the way u are raising your children, maybe u homeschool, and they say u can no longer do that because they do not agree w/it? Stop for 1 moment & think in your lifetime how many laws that used to be normalcy & now r no more.

  • @miracleneeded Oh no, by saying that I wasn't giving my opinion, I was giving what I see as the opinion of most of the people preaching "family values". I'm for gay marriage and I'm pro choice. I say the republicans are hypocritical when they say they are for smaller government, yet want to ban gay marriage and abortion all together. Look at what happened under Bush! If that wasn't an increase in government then I don't know what is!!!

  • @sNaYkE15 BUSH was a very poor representative of what it means to be Republican, if you look at the platform of the Republican party, they have truly lost their way. Not very many of them even follow what they stand for and that is why for 30 years another party has tried to spring up, only to fail because of the money backing both parties. NOT all republicans want to ban everything that comes across the path. BUSH was out for his own interest, just like most of those in power today!

  • @miracleneeded well idk about you but when John Boehner announced that the republican party is going to stay the same and continue to do what it has been doing, that's a turn off!

  • @sNaYkE15 Absolutely, unfortunately I do not see much difference to ALL of those that are in power today. Pretty sad, but the American people are truly trying, those of us at the "lower levels" to truly Change the course of our country.

  • @miracleneeded Amen to that. I thought I was the only one that noticed that both the dems. and repub. both have their heads up their asses!

  • @sNaYkE15 No way! You are certainly not alone! WE THE PEOPLE are waking up to there wild ideas in Congress. Some are still asleep, but thousands are awake!!

  • @miracleneeded GOOD! I found an interesting article called the rise of the militant middle. Pretty much says that the majority of the people aren't tea partiers or radical left wing. They are right in the middle, and they are pissed at both sides right now

  • @sNaYkE15 The Tea Party has just gotten a real bad rap because they have risen up pretty much out of nowhere. Just a bunch of regular people that are sick and tired of what is happening. They had to knock them down in the mainstream media because they cannot control their frustrations and they are NOT sheep. The middle class is shrinking and if you know anything about the history it has always happened this way in every country for over 2,000 years. BIG gets bigger & then they FALL, werwising up

  • @miracleneeded That's what I don't get. The leaders that represent the tea party like Palin and Boehner don't share the interests of the people they represent. The people of the tea party are essentially fighting against their own interests.

  • @sNaYkE15 Palin and the others had to join them, they could not beat them and frankly I believe with the demise of the Republican party they all started paroting those in the Tea Party. They had to join them! I was involved a long time before and people have done a complete 180 from their previous views. Palin has a lot of good points, completely disagree with her w/regards to the war though.

  • @miracleneeded The only thing that I see palin and republicans doing is treating the constitution like it's the bible, and putting a claim on it, like only the tea party cares about the constitution. Derp! We live in America, everybody cares about the constitution! Why don't they have more talking points other than cut spending, reduce the debt, and protect our borders? That's a bit broad if you ask me.

  • Absolutely, UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

  • No, I do not have health insurance. Yes, I do vote, but have you seen the information on the Black Voting Box? I did not vote for this man and would not in the future. I prefer to protect our freedoms and liberties and follow our contitution.

  • Really should just stop working and stop filing taxes.... why should people support people like this that do not have my best interests at heart let alone ignore me?

  • we are GOING for it ALLRIGHT,,this november..defunding healthcare comming soon..OBAMA IS THE WORST EVER

  • Sir, do we really live in the wealthiest nation EVER? The last time I took a look at it, our country OWES more than 13 trillion dollars, now let's try to put this into perspective, that's 13,000,000,000,000 and I'm no math genius but that's a LOT of fucking 0s which means that has to be a pretty huge number, and when you OWE money, money owns you, you don't own money. So explain to me again how we are the wealthiest nation please.

  • We Europeans follow the issue somethimes, but we don't really understand why so many Americans are against it. The main reason is probably that the healthsector will see his fat wallet shrink. We in Belgium have a social healthcare system, and you know what? It works really really good. Ok, you pay more taxes, but at least you can go to a doctor without going bankrupt. Wake up.

  • @thatsmyrail Okay, when's the last time you've read a 3,000 plus page book you couldn't/didn't read or understand? Point is that it's not the just the issue itself, but what was in the bill that scares Americans (Me included).. and believe me, anything with that many pages in it and was turned into law got to have alot nasty surprises in it.

  • wow at the time when most countries try to copy the american model of democracy, little did i know that american people could put a "moron" as their president? that is kind of scary.

  • @kawkaw76 Majority rule, don't work in mental institutions. Political scientist get the same one vote as some Arkansas imbred... Quote from one of my favorite bands, NOFX.. Seriously, look around you, more people care about American Idol and their precious reality TV than the people who are making decisions for our country, doesn't it make you sick?

  • How is this moron still president? Oh, that's right, there are still some American's who have a little bit of money left..... for now.

  • Comment removed

  • you americans should team up and beat the shit out of him?!?

  • This is one of the greatest rallying speeches to the usually disparate Democratic party that I've ever heard.

This is the kind of guy you want as Commander in Chief. Lead from the front. This speech is simply inspirational. "This is why we've been sent here, lets get this done!"

  • @MrJmsp12 most americans are incredibly stupid and selfish. that's the only reason.

  • i hate this bastard. im sick of hearing his fucking voice

  • @scbca fuck you, dweeb. get ready for another six years of this great man in office!

  • @abovefilms

u must be one of those lazy bums that likes to get free shit. its no wonder your in love with that moron. im sick of liberals, they're ruining this awesome country

  • @scbca u must be one of those hypocritical conservatives who aren't happy until others join their little group of hate and spitefulness. you rely on public tax dollars to survive, yet cringe at the idea of OTHERS getting the benefits you so richly enjoy. you're a national embarrassment.

  • @abovefilms

actually u ignorant fool, im a 22 year old with no health insurance. and your right, i do hate. i hate people like you that want fucking handouts all the damn time. i dont cry cause im uninsured, and i dont expect other people to pay extra fed income tax just so i can have health insurance. ill pay with my own money when i decide i want some. like i said, im sick of obama and all the lazy slackers he wants hard working americans to support. just kill yourself

  • @scbca One of the first lessons of economics. "There's no such thing as a free lunch"

Every single thing you do in life costs something and that's a fact. The goal is to make health care cheaper. Look at what your employer does, they pool insurance costs within the company to make it as cheap as possible for everyone in the company. You are in effect helping your fellow man within your company. So why not make a national pool? It's just a bigger pool which means lower costs and more are insured.

  • @sNaYkE15 uh ok..you believe the govt is going to add 30 million leeches and the cost is going down? all i say is puff puff GIVE

  • @wogdoggy Yes it will go down that's what employers and massive firms do and that's what every country with socialized medicine does and yes it does become a hell of a lot less expensive!

  • @sNaYkE15 what do employers and massive firms do? employ people? our country WAS the BESt because we doidnt have socilalized medicine..MORON.

  • @wogdoggy Companies pool insurance to make it cheaper for their employees. And yes they do employ people, good job.... social security is in jeopardy because Regan, along with others, took money from the social security fund, and the deficit sure as hell doesn't help social security either. It works when managed properly.

  • @wogdoggy btw, it's not 30 million leeches....it's 30 million and more putting money INTO the system, not just taking out....just like social security man, and that works.

  • @sNaYkE15 really social security works? for how long? its unfair and intrusive like every liberal policy

  • @wogdoggy You don't want social security? Ok, you can pay your dying parent's bills then if that's what you want....

  • @sNaYkE15 Social Security started in or around 1938, designed to come out of YOUR paycheck to give you a monthly check when you got older, currently it is in an enormous deficit!! They use it for ALL sorts of other things and NOT for what it was designed for. Currently several friends of mine have gotten their payments reduced and their benefits reduced! Because of outlandous spending of OUR money in Washington. These people are single and that is all the money they have to rely on!

  • @miracleneeded I would agree with you on SSC. We had a surplus in the ssc fund, but Ragan dipped his hands in there and took from the fund. So did other presidents. It's not broken YET. We are fine for now, but by 2016 more people will be taking from it that putting into it. By 2037 it will be bankrupt.

  • @miracleneeded, The ssc fund is not in debt YET. It will be by 2016, so I'm not denying that it is a big deal. You're just taking it out of proportion by saying "it's running a enormous deficit!!!!"....That is not true, it is not currently running a deficit.

  • @abovefilms : great man, you mean Obama????? GOD HELP AMERICA. Do not respond with fowl language.

  • @abovefilms : great man, you mean Obama????? GOD HELP AMERICA. Do not respond with fowl language. HE WILL NEVER BE RE-ELECTED!!!!

  • @GalwayRose1 fuck you! you conservatives are useless. president obama has done more to stabilize america than any of you gop miscreants could ever hope to achieve. cheney/w. bush practically ruined this country. not only WILL he be re-elected, he'll in all likelihood go down in history as one of the greatest americans to ever serve as presidents.

he's done more FOR america than the previous administration in under 2 years anyway.

  • @abovefilms stabilize? lol thats a beaut..we have new highs unemployment new highs in debt new lows in gdp growth and new lows in consumer confidence new lows in obamas approval rating BUT yet the LIBTARD goes with his basic programming..uh blame bush what about bush bush this bush that..we'll see how much BUSH blamin goes on this november..OBAMA will be the lame duck president to the hollywood queers..watch and learn,,real american's are comming out this november..defund obamacare immediately

  • @wogdoggy how can you expect to be taken seriously when you don't even know enough to NOT call it "obamacare?" that's not the title of the legislation. you memorized that from other whacky fox news sources...and therein lies your problem.

  • I AM VERY PROUD NOT TO BE AMERICAN

  • @MEGAxxxDETH666 SATANS NUMBERS. IF YOU ARE IN AMERICA, THEN JUST LEAVE.

  • @GalwayRose1 Im in North America ;) But Im in Canada. Where the health care is free & the hockey is awsome!

  • Sorry bunky, you screw up daily and this ramming down the throats of the populace will stop soon hopefully. Should have been insurance regulation reform seeing as America has the finest...whoops, make that read America HAD the finest health care on the planet. You really ought to pay attention to what your pal Soros had all over his funded websites about the President paying attention to the polls because you sir are missing the boat. Welcome to your one and only term.

  • Like this is going to fucking help. OH LOOK, NOW I CAN PAY SO THAT WHEN NIGGA JAMAL LOUIS OVERDOSES ON SHROOMS, HE KNOWS SOMEONE ELSE IS PAYING FOR IT.

Most "jobs" have benefits, such as HEALTHCARE and DENTAL/EYE ETC.

If you don't "WORK" (Have a job you actually do and are employed) You dont get BENEFITS.

It's easy! This is just a step closer to communism. (And no, im not another "hick" spouting about socialism and communism.)

  • @BBmyQ But some people dont work for smaller companies and dont get health benifits. It's not their fault they can't afford to go to college and get schooling to get a better job. Also, our system discourages the entrepreneurial sprit that America was founded on becuase it tells people "Don't start your own business, you won't be insuredI understand that you dont want to be on the hook for people that make dumb health decisions, but health care is a right that everyone deserves.

  • Search "Canadian Wait List" on youtube...this is where the US is headed.

  • it's time to pass obamunism

bow down to the will of the obama

    the obama knows all

    the obama sees all

    hail the obama

    hail the obama

  • Well, it passed. Even though nobody read it, including Reid, Pelosi, and the President. Hey, it's ALL about his LEGACY.

This man is head over heels in love with himself and can't go a single hour without seeking personal approval, if not fawning adulation, from people around him.

Well, get a real load of him, because this is the last black president you'll ever see in your lifetime. He was laughably underqualified and undereducated for the presidency. He's just a slick-ass socialist fraud.

  • You know people no matter what your view point, you dont have to use vulgarity or get rascist, everyone is entitled to their opinion, there are rules of engagement and argumentation, I am ashamed of all of you who are intolerant of an opinion, I am not a democrat and I am not a republican for the reasons that the left is too far left and the right is to far right! This is America, home of the brave and land of the free, lest you forget, SO grow up!

  • @tgrimwall I admire and respect your opinion and wishes, but beg to differ on a couple of points. America USED to be the home of the brave and land of the free.

Now, its a laughable conglomeration of fools who think a health care system that ensures everyone can see a doctor if they get sick or injured is a radical idea. It's a nation of government for the rich and powerful and corporations, for the rich & powerful, and by the rich and powerful and corporations.

    More next comment:

  • @tgrimwall It has become a nation where the voices of reason and practicality are drowned out by the lunatic fringes, aided and abetted by propaganda machines like Fox Fiction, and by the mainstream media like CNN that simply mines controversy for the sake of ratings.

  • Obama is truly the worst president in American History !!!! One who has failed at everything, Just a FAR FAR FAR LEFT WING SOCIALIST RACIST MUSLIM LOVING LIBERAL LAWYER WHO WAS NEVER QUALIFIED TO BE THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THIS TELEPROMPTER SPEECH READING PREACHER SHOULD BE IN A CHURCH, BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO LEAD THE STRONGEST COUNTRY ON EARTH !!

HE'S A WEAK MAN AND A WEAK PRESIDENT, AND HAS SPIT ON OUR CONSTITUTION, VOTE THIS ADMINISTRATION OUT IN 2010&2012

  • @BigGeezer325

    Obama is an idiot.

He is a sell out, he's no socialist, he didn't achieve a proper healthcare system, he hasn't closed Guantanamo, yet and he put more troops into Afghanistan.

    He's not a socialist he's a liar.

  • @Trustisaliability : I agree he is liar, but the fact that Obama didnt close gitmo nor get USA out of Afghanistan DOENST mean hes not a socilaist. Socialists have always imprisoned people without charges like FDR did during interments, and Pol Pot, and Stalin and Chavez, and Castro and look whats going on in Burma.

  • @pmango1000

Obama is no socialism, he sold out on his universal healthcare and he has backed the banks all the way.

A proper healthcare system that covers everyone, rather than only treating the rich and ripping off the poor is what the richest country in the world should be able to provide.

  • @Trustisaliability:???? How can you say that? ALL poor are covedred under Medicaid and SCHIP, and the money comes from the rich. Where else would the $ come from??? The poor dont make $ so therefore they dont pay into the healthcare system. the poor get it for free at rich and upper class expense

  • @pmango1000

You make that sound like such a bad thing.

Is it too much to ask those who are more fortunate to help bear the burden of healthcare? No one is asking for benefits (which are a bad idea) or for everyone to be equal.

Universal healthcare gives everyone the right to live.

What is the point of freedom of speech if you can't afford to live long enough to speak?

What is the point of the right to bare arms if you can't afford to be healed when your gun misfires?

  • @Trustisaliability

I will have to agree with you on this one 100%.

There are so many of the very wealthy in our country that have no clue as to how bad it is for the poor. If anyone wants to find out all you have to do is be a volunteer to help in many of the home repair organizations for the poor.

So many have to live in cardboard shacks while others have to determine how to hide their money so it won't be taxed. The wealthy needs to share more of the cost instead of the middleclass.

  • @pmango1000 You mean it comes from the middle class , the rich hardly pay anything....

I dont mind giving some money to the poor I just dont want to give it to the lazy and the liars and the scam artists......The government does not investigate everyone so a large portion slips between the cracks!

  • @tgrimwall Then you have to agree Obama is taking steps in the right direction by ending the tax cuts for the rich, but extending them for the middle & lower class, & by ending the capital gains tax reductions, which benefited primarily the rich since the rich own most of the capital assets.

  • @pmango1000 You are ignoring a part of the population that earned too much money to qualify for medicaid but not enough to afford the skyrocketing health care premiums, especially for those with health issues or "pre-existing conditions".

  • @Trustisaliability It should, and Obama has said that he favors a single payer system, which would accomplish that. However, thanks to GOP obstructionism & propaganda and the lunatic fringe which actually fell for it, you couldn't even get a decent public option.

Nonetheless, the reforms cover another 31 million, end the worst insur. co. abuses, & creates an exchange for cross border competition & for small bus. & individuals to pool buying power to compete with large org's for lower premiums.

  • @Trustisaliability He has tried to keep his campaign promises, including closing Gitmo, h.c. reform, financial syst. reform, saving taxpayers $63 billion every year by eliminating the banks as unnecessary middlemen in student loans, ending the confrontational go it alone diplomacy & foreign policy, reducing out independence on foreign oil, facilitating higher education (eg: PELL increases) etc. with much success but limited by GOP obstructionism & partisan political system.

  • @BigGeezer325 You should be in an institution for the criminally stupid.

  • @megarational No you and all the idiots that voted for the asshole Osama have

that institution for your own. How does it fill to be an obama zombie!!!

  • @BigGeezer325 Actually, there was a recently released national poll that ranked presidents. Obama came in 15th, Bush came in 49th - almost the worst.

So your fellow Americans don't agree with you.

  • @megarational After President Bush too office after 18 Months on this same poll

he ranked 3rd, So what does that say about our asshole in charge now?

Like I said Obama TRULY IS THE WORST PRESIDENT IN AMERICAN HISTORY!!!

HE'S A ANTI-AMERICAN RACIST COMMUNIST DICTATOR LIBERAL FNNN JERK!!

  • @BigGeezer325

You sound like one of the mindless middle east fanatics that stand around in crowds shouting "death to America, the great Satan".

  • @BigGeezer325 It tells me that after 18 months into Bush's term there were still so many idiots that thought he was anything but a disaster.

I watched the campaign debate between Bush & Gore. Gore pointed out that the Bush campaign proposed tax cuts would overwhelmingly benefit those at the very highest incomes, and the only thing Bush could come up with by way of reply was "that's fuzzy math" I couldn't believe that American were so stupid as to elect Bush.

Even worse, they did it twice.

  • @BigGeezer325 Don't try to weasel you way out of answering the question, I asked what Bush did in 8 years.

Why would you even try to duck the question by telling us what his approval rating was after 18 months?

Once again, the question was what Bush/GOP did during their 8 years in power.

  • @BigGeezer325 Amazing how much bullshit you can pack into one comment.

Don't wish to accuse you of being a total & complete idiot, but are you a Fox News fan?

  • @megarational I can tell by your stupid thinking your a MSNBC fan, You like Keith Olberman and the rest of all those Obama Zombies, Do you get a chill down your leg when they praise Osama?

  • @BigGeezer325 That's just one more thing you are totally up your ass about.

I have NEVER watched MSNBC, & the only place I've seen Oberman is on the occasional youtube video.

As for "thinking", maybe if you ever picked one specific policy or piece of legislation and debated it rationally, I might give you credit for actually being able to think. So far it hasn't happened.

  • @megarational How about Obama care? Why would a President and his administration pass a Bill that they know is Un-Constitutional? Since when does the government have the right to pass a Bill that FORCES A CITIZEN TO BUY A PRODUCT!! And at the end of 2010 when you pay your taxes your employer has to add what they spent on your health care as earnings. So if you made 40 thousand and your Co. spent 6 thousand on H-C THEN YOU MADE 46 THOUSAND. NO TAX HIKE FOR UNDER 250 GRAND RIGHT. OBAMA=SCUM

  • @BigGeezer325

So lets debate the health care reform.

    1) Re: Your Fox learned talking point that it's unconstitutional because it forces you to buy something.

The bill does not force anyone to buy anything, It does require that if your income is high enough you contribute toward extending h.c. to more people, but gives you the choice of doing that through taxes or, if you prefer, by having your own health care insurance.

Now lets get a bit more specific in the next comment...

  • @BigGeezer325 The bill imposes a tax of 2.5%of adjusted gross income. You are exempted from the tax if you already have qualifying h. insur. from employer, if you receive benefits from Medicare or Medicaid, if you are a dependent, if you are overseas, and if you have religions objections. You also get subsidies in the form of tax credits and tax deductions if your income is below a certain level; and if you are in poverty you are already exempted because you participate in Medicaid.

    see next...

  • @BigGeezer325 If you are not exempted, and you don't purchase health insurance, you just pay a higher tax. You don't go to jail.

Now, if you refuse to pay your taxes, the government will fine you in the same way that it does whenever you refuse to pay your taxes. Prison is also a possibility for the most determined tax cheats, although generally speaking prison terms are reserved for the most egregious violations of the tax laws.

    see next...

  • @BigGeezer325 So you have the following choices: If you are not exempted, you must buy qualifying health insurance. If you'd rather not, for whatever reasons, you can pay a higher tax. If you pay your taxes, nobody will come after you.

    see next....

  • @BigGeezer325 Taxes are required in order to fund the military etc. That is not unconstitutional. Funding health care system through taxes is, likewise, not unconstitutional. Giving the additional option of not paying the tax if you already have h.c. insurance is obviously not unconstitutional because it just gives you another option.

So just where are all those GOP promised court challenges anyway? They seemed to have evaporated like a fart in a windstorm.

  • @BigGeezer325

Finally, re: taxing employee h.c. premiums paid by employers:

That just levels the playing field. It wasn't fair that a person who is a self-employed contractor, for example, gets taxed on his income & then has to purchase h.c. insurance with after tax income, while someone working for a big corp. in essence gets income (benefits) to buy h.c. insurance tax free.

Taxing employee h.c. benefits eliminated that inequity.

  • @BigGeezer325 Now, I have provided you with a reasonable debate, not because I think you will examine it like a rational human being. I know you won't. Your comments have demonstrated your narrow minded stupidity over and over.

I did it for anyone with an open mind who by chance reads this thread & wonders about the "claims" made on Fox Fiction.

It also provides a contrast between your mindless rantings & logical debate.

  • @megarational This is by an investigation by '' Investor's Business Daily". And the Canada and England percentages are what America has to look forward to under Obama care. Percentage of men and women who survived cancer five years after diagnosis. U.S.A. 65% Canada 42% England 46% To see a specialist within one month U.S.A. 77% Canada 43% England 40% People who survive having diabetes over 5 years. U.S.A 93% Canada 43% England 15%

  • @BigGeezer325 A perfect example of cherry picking points, a favorite Fox tactic.

The U.S. system has better results in some health outcomes, less in others, and about average overall compared to the systems of other advanced nations. Cancer is the area where the U.S. scores the highest, so naturally those who wish to deceive always pick cancer survival rates & try to insinuate that represents the overall comparison of h.c. results.

next. .comment. a reply to your wait times for specialists...

  • @BigGeezer325

1, In Canada, access to a specialist is allocated by the seriousness of the med. condition, not the size of your wallet or the terms of your insur. policy. If you need to see a specialist immediately due to a life threatening condition - you see one quickly. eg: When my wife had a brain aneurysm/stroke, she saw specialists within minutes of arriving at the hosp. by ambulance, and was in the operating room in under 15 min.'s.

    see next comment...

  • @BigGeezer325

    2) Canada has had u.h.c. since the 1950's, yet the unacceptable increase in wait times is a much more recent phenomena, which should tell you that both the problem & the solution can be independent of the universality of the h.c. system.

Solutions include, but not limited to:

    - ending enrollment quotas in med. schools

    - heavily subsidized or even free med. tuition for students with aptitude

    - fast tracking foreign specialists, once the pass Can. exams, getting residency

    see next..

  • @BigGeezer325

Canada tracks it's wait times & makes the results public. The U.S. does not.

And by the way, what's the wait time in the U.S. if you don't have insurance & the condition is not life threatening?

Canadians are very familiar with their system, including the present wait times. The true measure of what system they prefer is in the next comment.

  • @BigGeezer325 2009 poll by Nanos Research:86.2% of Canadians surveyed supported or strongly supported "public solutions to..health care. 2009 Harris/Decima poll: 82% of Canadians preferred their healthcare system to the one in the United States, more than ten times as many as the 8% stating a preference for a US-style health care system.. Strategic Counsel survey in 2008: 91% of Canadians preferring their health care system to that of the U.S

  • @BigGeezer325 You still haven't answered the accusation that you are a Fox Fiction fan.

  • @BigGeezer325 When we want your opinion we could always just tune into Beck, Limbaugh, or Fox Fiction.

  • @BigGeezer325 Do you have any idea of how childish you sound?

  • @BigGeezer325 Dude, calm down before you have a stroke or something.

  • @BigGeezer325 hes obviously not that bad since hes the president. you kinda have to be liked by alot of people to pull that off. anyway your comments, insults and beliefs are the perfect definition of "ignorant". since you know so much on how the country should be ran, why didnt you run for president?? probly cus you dont know a fucking thing. unless you can do a better and actually DO it, stop complaining so damn much. and that goes out to all you Obama haters!

  • @Sohcsarewicked if you grew up in Canadian hospitals what kind of medication did they give you to make you vote for Obama. You poor misguide creature!

  • Obama and the democrats are doing socialized medicine to take more money out of your check, it's a ploy for bigger and greedier government! Wake up! They want a reason to go into your pocket so they can make more and spend more, get it? Helloooooooo!

  • @tgrimwall Socialized medicine? Oh, yeah, that's how the GOP politicians & Fox Fiction like to smear it, so naturally limp minds like you suck up the propaganda. Just how is it socialized medicine when hospitals & doc's are still private & private insur. co's still dominate?

As for "socialized medicine", Canada has a universal h.c. system. We support it through our taxes & the amount we pay for it in taxes is about 7% of GDP less than you fools pay for the private insur. syst. in the U.S.

  • This truly is the Worst President in American History !!! He has shit on our Country with socializing the free market, He has been a Anti-American President and has spit on our Constitution !! Standing with a bunch of law breaking ILLEGAL'S, AND

PASSING THIS OBAMA CARE THAT THE MAJORITY OF LEGAL AMERICANS HATE AND DID NOT WANT !! HE HAS TURNED INTO A DICTATOR, PASSING IT BECAUSE IT IS WHAT HE THINKS IS BEST, SHITTING ON WHAT THE MAJORITY OF AMERICA WANTED !! VOTE THIS DICTATOR OUT IN 2012 !!

  • @BigGeezer325 You are a total wacko who doesn't have the brains to do anything other than spout Tea Party rally placards.

  • @BigGeezer325

The h.,c.. reforms were watered down from what they could have been had it not been for the propaganda of the GOP politicians trying to deny Obama any success.

Even so, it covers another 31 million people, ends some of the worst insur. co. abuses, & sets up an exchange that allows cross border competition & allows individuals & small businesses to pool their buying power to compete with large corporations for the lower premiums.

  • @BigGeezer325

Oh, and while facing 2 wars & an economic crisis the Obama administration also, it his 2 1/'2 years:

    - implemented the largest financial system reform since the great depression

    - saved taxpayers $63 billion per yr. by cutting the banks out as unnecessary middlemen in student loans

    - improved access to higher education by increased PELL grants & more flexible student loan repayments

  • @megarational Bigger & BIGGER GOVERNMENT=SOCIALISM=COMMUNISM=DICTATOR=OBAMA=SCUMBAG!!!

  • @BigGeezer325 You sound as dumb as a tea party rally placard. Matter of fact you sound exactly like one. Seems to be the limit of your intellect.

  • @BigGeezer325 I hope your health care insurance policy covers psychiatric services.

  • @megarational Hey I hope your insurance covers a Proctologist because your head is stuck in your rectum!!! Your a BRAINWASHED OBAMA ZOMBIE!! BUT THANK GOD AMERICA HAS WOKE UP. TODAY OUR ASSHOLE IN CHARGE APPROVAL RATING HIT AN ALL TIME LOW OF 41% ALL THIS JERK KNOWS HOW TO DO IS BLAME ALL HIS FAILED POLICIES ON PRESIDENT BUSH, IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS AND HE STILL BLAMES PRESIDENT BUSH. JUST LIKE MOST LIBERALS THEY HAVE NO BALLS AND ALL THEY KNOW IS TAX,TAX,TAX, TRICKLE UP POVERTY!!!

  • @BigGeezer325 Do you keep all your froth in a can?

  • @megarational I like my froth on a French Vanilla Cappuccino, But my preference is foam from a cold beer. Draft or bottle not a can. By the way megarational you must have seen the news on Aug, 3, 2010 because our idiot in charge Barry gave a speech and all he could talk about is President Bush. It is going on 2 years this jerk has been in office, Why can't he talk about his great policies? Oh I know! He has failed with all his agenda. This ass should be part of the drained dirty swamp. O=SCUM

  • @BigGeezer325 Maybe you could tell us just what legislation or policy the Bush administration implemented during their eight years that benefited America?

  • @sohcsarewicked Socialized medicine does not work just in case you didnt know, People are complaining in Canada aboout it , Canadians are coming to the US for treatment at the borders because they are tired of waiting. People are dying in the process... Your also going to get taxed to death because of it. Come to Wisconsin the welfare state and see how much more they take out of your check and hes not doing everything he said he was going to do, Remember" No lobbyists" Hes in their back pocket!

  • @tgrimwall I don't think you have ever been in an emergency room in the usa if you visit any emergency room in the usa there are even more people waiting to bee seen by a doctor for a simple cold rather than paying $70 at a family doctor because most people in the usa don't have family doctors. This doesn't happen in Canada. The only people who visit the usa and complain are people with a lot of money so your argument doesn't make sense at all.

  • @tgrimwall I have grown up in hospitals in Canada and got the best treatment , you will never ever wait in any emergency....no one dies in canada because of wait times EVER.

  • @tgrimwall First. Canada does not have "socialized medicine". Doctors are private.

It has a universal h.c. FINANCING system which is administratively far more efficient and less costly for the same overall h.c. results.

As for your contention that "Canadians are complaining about it", read the next comment to see what Canadians actually think, not what you say they think.
