no its not the disc, its your xbox . i know this because the disc reader is a little slow in reading the discs. but i find to solve the problem is to get into some cop fighting quickly when you start your game so that the game doesn't freeze for me, because i have been playing multiplayer on bogt with everyone having six stars and no one was freezing at all

You can't solve freezing issues by killing cops. That makes no sense at all. It must be my disc. My xbox plays all my other games just fine. If you look up gta4 freezing problems, you will find that I am not the only one.
