Very good job ;) I jump like you ( same high ) and I want to do backflip and front flip , I didn't try backflip yet. But I don't really worry about frontflipt but I scare of backflip. Is it easier ? Help me please ;) Sorry for my poor english bacause I'm french =D

how did you learn to back summersault/flip so quickly?! I have had my powerisers for 5 months now and i still cant back flip!! I have also only just learnt to front flip its really cool that you could pick that up so fast, and i definatly agree, i can front flip with out the stilts and its definatly harder with the stilts on!! good luck to you!!

its harder to do them without the poweriser because of the extra spring tension you get which gives you more height off the ground which = more air time for rotation ;)

See...i would totally nail a frontflip on a trampoline or backflip like perfectly before attempting them with this and i watched another video on people who use those huge blue matts for like gymnastics training i would learn to flip onto one of those and if you land it a few times it might be good to practice with those around just incase and wear crazy padding if going onto cement but that's just me.
