I grew up with James loved his soul and light got the opportunity to see him in las vegas in his last performance it was an extraordinary evening...then he past, he is sorely missed...at the concert he played till the stage was literally closed by management...what a night of love...and enjoyment, my god father...of soul since late fifties to now filmore san francisco, and the untouchables...mwah does anyone have the original u got the power???? I didn't play in a band, but I DeeJayed in high school and college and always found a place in the rotation with great appreciation for this. The color of the crowd never mattered, it always translated into dancing! I was behind the turntables and wanted to play bass. I feel ya. Lol!!!
