I am personally descended from several Ulster Septs (O hEanna, Mc Domnhaill, O Ciaran) though we grew up in County Louth. And knowing that , it does rankle to think that my ancestors were driven off their homelands to make way for settlers who would treat them as an underclass in their own land.
