@girlsarepretty23456 A bit late but I'm sure this is what killer meant; Well, the creator's of the game wanted a sequel to it for the PS3 but because sales were so low they didn't get it, the main protagonist from Infamous was based off the main character of Psi-Ops.  Second Sight's power set go hand-in-hand with those from Psi-ops, don't you agree? < I think that's it.

Even though there was a lawsuit, and they're probably not allowed to make a sequel, they should at least make something really similar, and give it a different title. The gameplay style could stay same, though.

@subject431 Actually Psi Ops got sued by William L. Crawford who wrote a sceenplay of the same name. The Government had nothing to do with this and can't do anything about media since its freedom of expression. However Midway won the lawsuit against Crawford and the possiblity of a sequel is possible but "not likely". I guess continuing a series after it got sued might look bad or something, idk.

Movement my crack, it's terrorism! BTW, greatest track for the most adrenalene pumped game since Max Payne(Game's great, not the movie). Is this game also a franchise like FFI-XII, or a stand alone? If midway can make a return with this track for the final boss like NMH2 with the first OST on the final level, then that would make my day. Apparently Midway got sued for stealing a writer's idea of the book so I doubt they can make a sequel to Psi Ops without the writer's permission for the storyline still a fun game though
