@nutraSIQUE Your muscles grow with rest, even your abs. If you work your muscle groups with different variations of pushups along with chair dips you can use the next day to do legs and abs. Doing alot of lunges and squats will do wonders for the glutes (butt) and help give your body an even fit look.
Your doing great though, your working hard and it shows!

...might wanna do a little work on your regular push up form. You're arching your back like crazy and that's bad form(completely straight body and legs is ideal). Also, there's no call to do them at an insane speed. Doing them slower will work your muscles harder (less momentum).
