i'm sorry to say but after viewing this a second time, i think it may be staged. notice at :11 secs, a small vial of red dye in her left hand and as she proceeds to pour the liquid on her face and quickly hand the vial to someone else. then she is seen without the vial after the red liquid has collected over her face. also, if she gets shot in the torso, she wouldn't bleed from her face like that.
