ahh i see i was looking at it today its to the left of cathedral district in SW but then why is the instance in SW even there?

ya the entrance to the Harbor is located at the end of the canal between the Park and Cathredal districts of Stormwind City. that instance behind the gate was originally for player housing which was supposed to be implemented at the release of WoW (and still hasnt lol) anyways the harbor is non-instanced which should make it more fun for horde to raid us through it lol.

If this was a private server, the water in the Harbor would not be displayed, however, because of the broken attack animation, it does lead me to think it is a private server.
