Unfortunately, there's no way possible for you to do it yourself. As new texts come in, old texts, which were deleted previously, are over-written; so the data is completely lost.

Luckily (or unluckily) for you, I can guarantee your service provider has a collection of every message you've ever sent out and received. Since you live in the U.S., you must know about the "Patriot Act," which enables every type of service provider you have to log every-single-thing you do.
